Absolutely scam

Absolutely scam! Ladies, do not order from this company it is a scam! I have ordered a matching pyjamas for me and my baby girl more than 3 months ago and I still haven't received my order I tried contacting the customer service multiple times and it takes ages for them to respond or they are just ignoring me especially on their instagram private messages. However they took my payment straight away and still after more than 3 months I haven't received anything. When they finally responded to my emails they told me this: " Due to the current circumstances in the Middle East, we have been impacted by delays with the shipment.
However, we've now had confirmation that the stock will definitely be arriving into the UK on the Friday 17th, theretore we will receive the stock & dispatch to you on Monday 20th. " I still haven't hear from them I don't have any information or answers to my emails I sent few days ago!
I just want my full refund on my order!
I also want to warn women like me who see this amazing photos posted on instagram and order things and then receive nothing!

Placed baby blanket order 16th January…

Placed baby blanket order 16th January when items were restocked and to be personalised for arrival of new baby. Still have not received item. Have contacted company on instagram, TikTok and also by email and received one automatic email reply with absolutely zero update of the order. Item was in stock when purchased. Did expect a wait due to personalised however family members have ordered other items for me personalised and they have arrived. Will hopefully receive a charge back from bank but really unhappy with service and more so when pregnant and purchasing in preparation for our newborn!

No customer care

I’ve placed two orders, the first being on the 26th December .. no replies to my emails, no updates no nothing, where are my orders? I will chargeback via the bank if nothing by end of next week. Terrible communication and customer service! Such a shame

Wrong delivery sent & it was never…

Wrong delivery sent & it was never resolved 4 months down the line !!!!, terrible customer service, no contact phone number to be able to speak to anyone to get help , no responses from emails to various email addresses, letters sent to head office no answer . Never order from these people !!

Absolutely dreadful

Absolutely dreadful . Have been a loyal
Customer since 2019 doesn’t count for anything , unanswered emails , delivery delays of months - pre order in October for delivery on the 22nd December / why bother . I have been so utterly disappointed in a company I once loved I now feel relays on shipments from
China to ultimately fulfill
A promise that is empty and ruined for me and my daughter I should I spent over 800 pounds on pjs

Custom wedding robe

Ordered a custom robe for my wedding back in November 2023 for my wedding in August 2024. Due to unforeseen circumstances we’ve had to postpone the wedding date. The company offered to put my order on hold so the right date can be customised onto the robe when I have the new date. I have been sending emails for almost a year now to finish off my order and order my robe for my special day but have had no response. From reading other reviews I can’t believe the level of customer service. Appalling!!! So many bad reviews regarding customer service and communication. I’ve even resulted to leaving comments on their instagram page but I still get ignored. How is Olivia okay with such service to her customers.

Avoid

Do not use this company. They have not sent my item, which i ordered a month ago! (Which was not a pre order) they do not reply to any emails regarding the order, or a refund. It is the first & last time I will be using this company - so unprofessional! AVOID.

Disappointment!!

Ordered a pair of pyjamas and a baby grow ready for the arrival of my baby two months ago. I am ready to pop and they still haven’t arrived. I ordered 9th May, was told dispatch week was 9th June and it’s now the beginning of July. I am really disappointed and I have paid £150!!!

Horrific

Horrific, no delivery despite numerous emails to chase. No response. Absolutely horrendous. Endorsed by celebrities and not backed up by their customer service. Terrible company, I am so disappointed.

Shocking company how they are still…

Shocking company how they are still going my partner ordered a set of pjs of them nearly a month ago was told 10 day wait, after numerous emails to them nothing to get an email today to say they have cancelled the order due to insufficient stock when he replied back telling them he was u happy with the service they come back with we have tried emailing you absolutely shocking definitely will not be getting anything else from them

Awful customer service, order paid 2/12/23, after chasing them for weeks they reply 21/12 saying they have been sending me email as out of stock, complete lies. Still waiting for refund now 03/02

My mum bought 3 pairs of pjs which cost…

My mum bought 3 pairs of pjs which cost over £150. We have both emailed and sent messages on Instagram a number of times since Xmas and haven’t received a reply. One pair needs exchanging and my daughters (11-12) are tiny in comparison to other retailers. They are personalised and you cannot even see her name as they have been stitched in red, the same as the bow print on the pjs 🤦‍♀️ absolute rip off. I will be taking this further.

Possibly the worst company I’ve come…

Possibly the worst company I’ve come across for customer service! Have emailed several times since Christmas, they just blatantly ignore you! Received one pair of pyjamas that arrived with an ink mark on them and now the other pair the trim is coming away! Have started a section 75 through my credit card company and reported to Action Fraud!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Spending £200 on pyjamas to never receive your order or a correspondence from emails or messages is absolutely disgusting to me. Over 4 weeks waiting for my order which was only meant to take 5 days. Day light robbery and I will be slandering this company everywhere.

Did not receive order

Ordered 13th November and not heard anything 4 weeks later ! (Supposed to of received in 5 days ) never received my order and impossible to get hold of. Emailed a good 7 times and tried to direct message, completely ignored me
