The mask is very comfortable. Its very pleasant to the touch and doesnt irritate the skin of the face while sleeping. It does not let light through, which was a standard in previous products of this type that I had. I recommend this product.

At first glance, I wouldn’t expect such a simple mask to make such a difference in my sleeping patterns. It’s made falling a sleep easier as well as sleeping longer. I now wake up refreshed instead of wanting more sleep.
