Absolutely regret purchasing this…

Absolutely regret purchasing this mattress from Sleepwell. It's like sleeping on a pile of rocks. I wake up every morning feeling more tired than when I went to bed. Save your money and invest in something that won't leave you with back pain and sleepless nights. They advertise 100 days trial and free warranty on the website, but when you contact support they literally ignore you. SCAM.

Absolutely Awful

Absolutely Awful - no customer service

3 beds purchased,
delivered no feet for the bed needed to buy from amazon, tear in the base of one single bed

2 single beds the base fell through within 6 weeks,

king size bed fabric falling off.

Single mattress you could actually fold in 1/2

no response from Gavin or Adam after months of chasing up for the promised replacement.

followed them up to the small claims courts. Their email address isnt valid, not sure if their address is valid as no response to any legal request.

build your bed yourself, cheaper and better quality than this group of con artists would deliver.

AVOID THIS COMPANY

I am only giving this company a score of 1 as you cannot go any lower. Avoid this company at all cost. I ordered a bed and when it arrived last Wednesday the headboard was significantly marked. I contacted them by email ( phone number disconnected ) and was asked to provide a photo. I provided 3 which clearly show 4 big black marks on headboard. I was told that my issue would be passed to thier production department. Despite numerous emails I am yet to receive a response and do not hold out any hopes of getting one ! I have contacted my credit carder provider to obtain refund. As advised earlier AVOID AT ALL COST
