I ordered a Silentnight deep mattress topper as my bed had started feeling too firm and uncomfortable. The item was fairly priced and arrived within a few days. The topper itself provides lots of comfort and I'm very happy with it. It is machine washable but I think it may be too bulky to fit into a domestic washing machine.

A wide veriety of options such as size, colour and material made choosing my mattress topper very easy. Payment options were also a big factor for me as I was able to spread the cost. Delivery was quick and the tracking excellent.

Really great item. Got the king size even though bed is a standard double so heat goes right to edges but blanket is the right size for bed. Dual control with 3 heat settings. Great to be able to put each side of blanket on separately. I like it cooler than hubby but lovely and cosy to get into warm bed on cold night. Very energy efficient.

Having been extremely happy with a previous purchase, I knew that when it came to buying a mattress topper Sleepy People was the place to go and I wasn’t disappointed.

The Silent night Natural Wool Mattress Topper is really warm and comfortable and has given my mattress a well needed boost. I’m sleeping so much more soundly and the back pain I was experiencing has reduced.

Reasonable priced dog bed and very fast delivery

Bought a cooling blanket due to going through the menopause.
Despite claims on the website that it was would provide a cool and comfortable night sleep and is ideal for those who suffer with night sweats and hot flushes it does nothing of the sort.
It has a cooling effect for about 10 minutes at most.
Customer service terrible, unable to get a refund, they will accept the return but only to send it to the lab for testing and if they decide it is not faulty they send it back.
Wouldn’t trust to buy anything else from this company ever again, originally went to them as had previously trusted them.
Waste of time and money

Upon receiving the Air Purifier I had ordered and examined it, I returned it as it was not what I expected.
OOPS.
They would not accept it as a return. Saying they did not accept returns unless it was unopened. UHHH!!! How do I check it if it is unopened?
I cited the Consumer regulations to them but it made no difference. Apparently, for hygiene reasons, IT IS AN ELECTRIC UNIT, I don't wear it.
So beware when dealing with returns for this company. I certainly will not be dealing with them again. My case is currently with Trading Standards Scotland

I have bought silent night feather and down duvets from Sleepy people and found them excellent quality never flattens or go out of shape and have recently since replaced 3 more in my bedrooms.

The price and delivery has been excellent from sleepy people and will always go to them first if I need any bedding.

Can't think of anything negative to say about the pillows. Absolutely perfect balance of firmness and comfortability. Since purchase, I've always had a perfect night's sleep. Highly recommend
