Would give zero if I could. Ordered and been over a month. Money has been taken from my account and I have not been able to get in touch with anyone at sleepy shark UK on multiple attempts. Emails keep being bounced from the server and have never been able to get put through to a human in chat.

Scam.

Took advantage of their Black Friday deal on 11/27/25. Said “2-5 working days” in terms of delivery date.

After two weeks of not receiving it, I emailed their customer service. All I asked was for an update on my order and a tracking number.

I received a response from “Jessica C” who said she’d reach out to her “warehouse team” to get me an update and tracking number within 48 hours.

More than 48 hours passed and I didn’t receive an update or tracking number.

I wrote another email and followed up with my request.

I received an auto response like “thanks for reaching out. We’ll get back to you in 48 hours.”

Another 48 hours passed and no response. So I wrote another email and asked to cancel my order. To make sure it was seen, I went on the AI chat bot(ugh) on their website, gave my order number and asked to cancel.

Magically, within the hour of asking to cancel, I received an email that my order was shipped.

No follow up from “Jessica C” or anybody else. Just a “you can’t cancel because we shipped your item” middle finger, basically.

I figured, whatever, if I get it before Christmas, it’ll be fine. Like, I’d never buy anything from them again nor would I recommend their product but I’d just let it go and move on.

Obviously, I didn’t get it before Christmas. It was delivered two days after.

Adding insult to injury, “Jessica C” sent me an email asking for a review on Christmas Day and I still hadn’t received it yet, lol.

On top of that, you can’t leave your own review. I looked all over their site and there’s no place to give a star rating and explanation. It seems that you have to email them your review and then they cherry pick what they want.

They have comments turned off on Instagram too, FWIW.

The product isn’t anything special. But it’s fine. However, the communication and customer service is terrible. And reading others’ reviews tells me this is a common problem.

Never received my order, but my credit card was still charged...kept delaying the order for so long that it finally invalidated the order number, still never received a refund or a response to multiple emails sent to the company. I would not recommend purchasing from this company...they STOLE my money and will STEAL yours too. They are nothing but common thieves.

This company is a SCAM. I placed an order September of 2024 and the funds were taken out of my account for payment. I have tried contacting them via email to their customer support. Nothing, no response and still no delivery of my order. There is not a phone number to contact so the customer support is the only way of contact. This purchase was from their actual website and not a knock off site. So I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY. SCAM

Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered and payed December 2nd. To this date, I still have not received my order, nor have I received a refund, and I have been contacting them more times than I can count since January, with 1 response that they would "open a ticket with the warehouse" and then radio silence since. These guys are scammers, and thieves. Don't listen to their BS about being the "official" store, and to watch out for scammers. They are the scammers.

My husband purchased one for me back in early December 2024. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift. It never showed. We did receive 1 reply to our emails early on, stating many orders have been delayed for shipping out, and nothing since. Now on April 2025 the website doesn't work and still no product or response to our many contacts about our order. Scam.

This is a scam company. They failed to deliver the goods I paid for. I am out £50.

I don't normally write reviews but this is a worthy exception. I ordered a onesie to arrive for Christmas 2024. April 2025, it still hasn't arrived. Mistakes happen but I've contacted them twice and had no response. Do not buy from them, it is a criminal scam.

The only reason I’m giving one star is because I can’t give them zero! I ordered from them in November and haven’t received my order. I’ve contacted them several times over the last few months asking where it is, even giving up on the hope of getting what I bought and just straight up asked for a refund, and I haven’t received one single response. SleepySharky are scammers and thieves.

I ordered mine sleepy shark back in the middle of December and have yet to receive it. I was supposed to get this before Christmas. I have contacted and emailed this company over 20 times with no answer. This is such a scam.

Order my product mid December requested my order to be cancelled at the start of February as it had not been sent took over a month to get back to me and after 3 weeks of waiting still have not received a refund DO NOT ORDER

I would give this company 0 stars. I ordered way back in the beginning of December 2024, and I still haven’t received my order nor any replies to the many messages I have left through email, social media and live chats. So frustrating!

THIS is a total SCAM.

I ordered from Sleepy Sharky in December, as I wanted this blanket to be a Christmas present.

My money was happily taken but no blanket was ever delivered. Since end of January I have tried to contact their customer service. When you email you get an automated message asking you to use their chat. When you use their chat they say they will get back to you via email but you are ignored. I have tried their social media as well to no avail.

I have now launched an official complaint with Shopify and also have started a case with my bank to get my money back!

I stand by it, this is either an absolute scam or this company is run by the most incompetent bunch of people ever who have no sense of customers service.

An order was placed with Sleepy Sharky on 12-09-2024 for a shark blanket & plushie pillow as Christmas presents. I, too, have had very poor response from their customer service and was promised that to have customer issues resolved by 10th February 2025. I have since cancelled my orders & requested a refund but NO response from Sleepy Sharky. Very, very dissapointed.

It's been well past the date they claimed I would receive my order. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that my order would be fulfilled by February 10th, and have received no response. I have tried their "live chat" feature both on their website and Instagram, and have only experienced radio silence thus far. If I even get the chance at a refund, I might have to wait 21 days before I even see the money I spent!

This has been my first and last experience with them as a vendor.

ITS A SCAM!!!!!
I ordered 1 on December 6th and no response by email, chat and no phone number to call. They just took my money and left me in the dark.

I would give this company zero stars if I could. Over two months and no updates on shipping, I've used the live chat and emailed customer service countless times with no response. The live chat tells you that you'll get a response within 24 hours, it's been weeks and nothing. Email sends you an automatic reply asking you to use live chat. Complete scam of a company.

Ordered from them on 6th December. After no delivery or tracking number I sent emails that weren’t answered. I did actually get through on there chat to an agent who said they are investigating and received an email saying they have a had a problem but I would receive item by Feb 10th. Absolutely nothing since. This company is a disgrace and I would never use them again and warn anyone who reads this that buying from them is just parting with your money. I hope my bank can help me reclaim the money.

Oder was placed on December 17, 2024. Order was never received and I have tried to get ahold of the company multiple times with no response. I tried email and through their website. Never get a response. Company is horrible and is definitely a scam. I hope that these reviews get to others before they place an order too. Trying to get a refund but can't get ahold of them. So I am contacting the bank hoping they can reverse the payment.
