The whole process was, and still is awful. Saw a CAN promotion AD in CAN dollars. Promoting a Canadian product. Website is brutally misleading, and somewhere in the website Cost turned into US dollars. The promotion was not found, and when I thought my order was done (tried another deal) I later found out I ordered 3 of the same product, due to all the pop ups you receive while checking out. With no total given at end of transaction. Tracking info given was bad at best and link was in Chinese. Customer support is awful for deliver tracking and now trying to return product. And the product is just as awful as the rest of the process. The mouth guard would fit a horse better than a human. Adjustments are cheap and awful. I tried to return product, and not the one item I tried and tested. Only the other 2 unopened and still sealed. no returns accepted. No comprise given, and now I get no response from the company. Do not be stupid like me. If after reading this review and all the others, if you still you want to spend money here is what you do. Take the money you would spend at this supplier, walk to your bathroom and flush it down the toilet. flush twice even, it will be more satisfying than giving this company any money.

Fraud... misleading ordering. Multiple items added to my order. I tried to cancel right away.. however the customer service said they already shipped it. 20 minutes later. I confirmed that the item was shipped 4 days later. Do not buy...

This company is a total scam, bad experience right from the start. Multiple devices added to my order because of misleading website. I contacted them immediately and was advised that the order had already shipped. When the product arrived, it was too large to fit in my mouth. It was advertised as 30 day moneyback satisfaction guaranteed; however they would not refund my money because it is a “personal “ device. Total misadvertising and a scam company.

I purchased 1 anti snore mouth piece. When i completed order they put 2 mouth pieces on the bill. I contacted them within 5 min of getting receipt. They told me just to return when i received mouth piece.
I tried product, it didn't work. Made my teeth hurt, could only wear for couple hours at a time.
Contacted company to return. They said i can't return due to hygiene issues. Would not refund. I have no less the 10 emails back and forth. The web site says they offer 30 day refund and 100% satisfaction!!
Very DISHONEST AND FRAUD!!!

These company is a complete scam!!
Overcharged us for the product, not the price listed.
Added shipping charges yet website shows ‘free shipping’.
Would not cancel the order minutes after it was placed, once we realized they ripped us off.
Now the package arrived damaged, broken plastic in the original box, the company will not refund the money even though their website shows ‘100 % satisfaction guarantee’

garbage. the piece is SO large my mouth doesnt even close! and of course they deny refunds due to hygiene reasons. total scam.

The website errors out on your order and you try to process another one then it miraculously processes and you just ordered 3. They ship within minutes then claim they won't refund for hygiene reason. TOTAL SCAM

This is a terrible company. I ordered a sleep zee device online and I had checked the box for one device and completed the rest of the required information. I clicked submit and the order was showing that I purchased three devices. I immediately contacted the seller to have this corrected. The web sited stated that I had at least one hour to make any changes. I contacted the seller within 15 minutes for submitting the order and they responded that it was too late as the item was already packed and prepared for shipment. It appears that the order was changed from 1 to 3 without informing the customer. It appears that others have had the same experience with these scam artists. Another issue was that the site led you to believe that prices were in CDN dollars and the final invoice price was shown but they made no mention on their site that all prices were in USD.
I would certainly not recommend this company. Stay
away from these people!
If you are trying to get any satisfaction from their customer service do not waste your time.

They have denied me 4 times on returning product, even unopened products. They cite hygienic concerns.

I attempted to purchase a sleep zee for $50. Went to pay with PayPal and thank fully my bank blocked the transaction immediately. Sleep Zee tried to take $102 instead of the $50.

Fraudulent company! Overcharged, added shipping, charged in incorrect currency. Will not refund or cancel order despite order within 1 hour. Will not refund difference. Wish I had investigated thoroughly prior to ordering, there are only bad reviews for product and customer service. DO NOT BUY!!!!! this is a FRAUDULENT company based out of China.

I accidentally ordered three of the Anti-Snoring Mouthpieces. I contacted support immediately and was reassured that this is not a problem; they gave me an extended warranty slip for the return of goods. The items arrive, which have been tried, and this is as per my partner's experience, EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE, TO THE POINT OF PAINFUL. Now comes the time to contact support to return the items, and this is what you get: "Unfortunately, we are unable to accept the return of these items due to strict hygiene and safety regulations." The product is uncomfortable and not effective. They plaster all over their website "100% Satisfaction Guaranteed" and "30 day money back." However I was not allowed this through an email exchange. I tried calling but was never connected through. Bad customer service.

This company is absolute garbage! I contacted the day I ordered to say that they had mistakenly charged me for 3 devices instead of two, and was told the BS story that they couldn't undo it because supposedly the items had already been packaged. Which is amazing because it took over 6 weeks to get them delivered to my house! And in that contact they told me I would have 30 days to return the items, so no worries. However, as soon as I contacted again after delivery, they told me that they dont' accept any returns due to hygiene concerns. Bunch of liars! Clealry low rate company - the little instruction tab that comes with it is full of poor grammer, spacing.

They charge you as soon you click on the product without going through the checkout process. Once you are charged you can't cancel or return the product despite a 30 day money back guarantee. Calling the customer service number provided is useless since nobody ever answers. Do not buy this product. It's a trap

The product is of poor quality, the first one lasting just one week before falling apart. They sent a replacement and this lasted a little bit longer before it also fell apart. They are now refusing to replace the item, giving the reason "We have found that the item has been over 30 days. Since the requirements were not met- we are unable to process your request at this time. Unfortunately, after a careful investigation our team decided that we will not be able to approve your replacement request." Their website lists very many 5 star reviews in stark contrast with Trustpilot who list none - only one and two star reviews. Avoid this company and the Sleepzee mouthpiece like the plague.

Website says 100% satisfaction guarantee, but they claim because of hygienic, they cannot refund my money even though the snoring mouth guard can't even be put in my mouth because it is way too big. Horrible product. I made the mistake of purchasing 3, thinking that I could give 2 to my siblings, but since I can't even use mine, they don't trust that it works so I can't even give it to them.

Scammer. Won't take back unused item. No money back.

Just echoing what other reviews have said (and I should have listened to). I ordered Sleepzee and discovered I had inadvertantly bought two mouthguards. I immediately emailed to cancel the order, but was told it had already started shipping and could not be stopped, but NOT TO WORRY, I could return the product within 60 days. When I contacted them to return the mouthguards (once they had arrived) I was INSTANTLY informed via email response that they do not accept refunds on mouthpieces due to hygiene reasons. So, they lied to me about the return policy, and their broadcast 100% satisfaction guarantee.
