The 2-day mental health first aid course was delivered with clarity, respect, and kindness. Sam and Gilda were fantastic instructors – compassionate, and sensitive to everyone’s needs. I learnt a lot from the course and it was well worth my time.

Sam and Gilda made me fell very welcome and at ease they were very easy to talk to and had time talk to everyone and listen to anything anyone had to say.

I have just complete a 2 day Mental Health First Aid Course run by Sleigh Services Ltd. The course was very well delivered and informative. Sam was professional at all times also managed to introduce some humour when appropriate allowing light relief within the group. I would recommend this to any business looking to introduce this kind of support and help within the work place.

Sam's knowledge is invaluable and whilst remaining professional at all times, he is able to throw in an element of humour whilst dealing with a very sensitive and emotive subject. Having attended the course myself, I can say honestly say that the course is invaluable in its content & Sam & Gilda make the experience a really positive one.
As you can imagine, some of the content can be quite sensitive in nature and Sam & Gilda deliver it with great empathy, giving clear direction without offering advice, explaining what the role of a Mental Health First Aider should be.

I have attended a 2 day mental health workshop which Sam Leigh facilitated. Sam’s knowledge is vast in this area. I was able to gain a better understanding around mental health issues re myths v facts. His course enabled me to know how to recognise if someone is going through challenges and how to support them or signpost them if they need more support than I’m able to offer.
I would highly recommend his course to everyone. I definitely will attend again in the future for a refresher.
