This is for a 6 year old little boy…

This is for a 6 year old little boy with a mass of messy hair. He now looks super cool and loves it. Really good at taming the bed hair before school.
Lost a star due to size of bottle for the price.

The scent is Terrible but the product is good

I bought a sea salt spray and a clay pomade.They both worked really well,it’s so good for volume and texture.However,The scent of the products are terrible,the sea salt spray smells like stinky seafoods in your head.If you are looking for a good smelling product don’t buy this.

Their bleaching kit

Their bleaching kit is in stylish packaging more importantly it's death simple and effective to use. Using it right now the third times. Very pleased with it. I have light brown hair at front and turns into dark brown at the back but it works evenly well.

Great products. Slow customer service reponse

Updated my rating based on the fact that on the back of my initial review, I was contacted direct and the refund was delivered the same day. It is frustrating that it took so long to get to this resolution but the reaction has led to me feeling better about the experience.

Bought two sets. Had to chase after a week where they were. Turns out they weren't shipped. Eventually sent one of the two products. The communication from them was poor and contradictory, I had to constantly chase. Took a long time to get a refund.

The products I got were great however customer service let down the overall experience with the brand.

Great service, amazing results

Don’t bother with the clay pomade

Bought the slick gorilla clay pomade and it says “firm hold”

Genuinely the worst firm hold product I’ve used and it’s £12. An absolute waste of time

Poor Product & Refund Policy

I ordered this product in June 2024 and requested a refund on June 13, 2024. The initial return slip I received via email was of such poor quality that the post office couldn't scan it (the issue was with the file quality, not our printer). This resulted in wasted trips to two post offices and a delay.

After informing the company that the label wouldn't scan, eventually, a better quality file was sent, and I used it to send the return on June 19, 2024. By June 28, I still hadn't received a refund, so I contacted the company again.

They finally processed the refund after I inquired about its status. When I asked why I had to follow up to receive my refund, I was told that refunds are processed manually because the office is not at the fulfillment center, and some requests "slip through the gaps."

This reveals a gap in their process (excuse the pun): when a customer requests a refund, it’s usually due to a poor experience. This situation has worsened my perception of the company.

I shouldn't have to chase a return, especially two weeks after starting the process!
