Never recieved the item or shipping confirmation. Just took my money. Sent a lovely email upon purchase and then never heard from them again. Tried contacting them and they don’t reply. Thankfully bought through PayPal so managed to get a refund otherwise I would be out of pocket and without my item. Really frustrating and a bad company.
Having placed and order on the 25th Nov with UK Slick Hair Company for a birthday present on the 8th Dec I had not receive a conformation of my order, I chased via emailed on the 6th Dec after which the order was shipped, but not from the UK from Australia and has taken to the 19th Dec to arrive, after serval emails and a chat on the web site stating my dissatisfaction I have never received any response at all !! If you want it quick do not order from this web site
