Trashy cheap jewelry (DO NOT FALL FOR THIS BRAND'S SCAM)

literally the biggest scam ever. I signed up for the ambassador program and had to pay 10 dollars for the shipping. I emailed them back and forth after they kept arguing and saying I was not completing the order. Their customer service is horrible because they never reply or just ignore your emails. I tried canceling, and I emailed for help; they got back with not at all clear instructions, telling me to check my subscriptions, but did not tell me how to get there. I emailed for help again and they never replied back. Horrible customer service, cheap and ugly jewerly, and a waste of time. I had to replace my card because of this and am trying to cancel my subscription.

Never received the order.
To and fro with the customer care is pathetic even after 34 emails in our mail chain they are like we don't know where the order is bla bla bla.
Its a scam

Worthless crap-PREDATORY COMPANY Stay away from Slide Jewelry and their predatory ways. I emailed them over a week prior to them sending me a second peice of crap to cancel my subscription, but they didn't. The Jewelry is garbage, They claim vou can cancel anvtime, but there is iterally no way to cancel the subscription yourself despite them claiming you can do so. They increase the charge with each shipment which is only supposed to be $9.99 for "ambassadors". The second unauthorized charge was $14.99. I had to delete the payment card I used for them through the Shop app so they wouldn't be able to charge me again after nultiple emails to customer service telling them to cancel my subscription. ľ'm going to report them as fraud for the second charge. This company is disgraceful. STAY AWAY!!

Value passed without consent.

I received an email from the company containing a promotional coupon. When I applied the coupon, the displayed price was US$ 9.99, so I completed the transaction believing that this would be the only amount charged.

However, after the purchase was finalized, two charges were posted to my card: US$ 9.99 and US$ 99.99, without any prior notice or authorization for the second charge.

This practice shows a clear lack of respect for the consumer, as no company is allowed to charge amounts to a customer’s card without clear and explicit consent.

Since then, I have contacted the company multiple times, sending several emails requesting clarification and a refund of the improperly charged amount, but I have received no response.

This unauthorized charge has caused me significant financial harm, including affecting my ability to purchase essential medications for continuous use, which makes the situation even more serious.

I request an immediate resolution, including a full refund of the improperly charged amount, as well as a formal explanation of how this error occurred.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. They raise the charge from 9.99 to 14.99 without telling you, they don’t send the products and then they won’t respond to any emails. No phone number to call and no way to cancel. I had to cancel through my credit card company after several attempts to cancel went ignored. Don’t get scammed!

Slide is absolutely a scam

Slide is absolutely a scam. Their cancelation page doesn’t work. I have emailed numerous times and they haven’t responded. They keep charging the shipping fee without authorization. How is this allowed? Do not get involved with this company.

Not worth shipping fees

Slide jewlery has contacted me so much through emails. Yet they cannot verify me as a customer. Must be because The jewlery they send is far to small, very high yellow colored and could not even pass as bubble gum machine quality jewlery. Its awful. The cardboard envelope holds a faux leather pouch which contains a tiny zip lock bag per piece of jewlery. The packaging is worth more than the "jewlery". I would not recommend becoming an ambassador for this company.

I applied to Slide Jewelry’s ambassador…

I applied to Slide Jewelry’s ambassador program and was charged monthly without ever receiving any jewelry or products. After noticing the charges totaled $54, I logged into both email accounts I could have used, and neither shows any subscriptions or orders tied to my name.

There is no record of my account, no confirmation emails, and no products delivered — yet my card was still charged. Customer communication has been unclear and unhelpful, and I’m now forced to resolve this through my bank.

I’m a college student, and this experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this brand, especially to students or anyone considering their “ambassador” program.

I wanted one box and it wasn't even a box. They give you two cheap measly pieces of jewelry and keep taking your money making unauthorized purchases. there is no cancel or unsubscribe button on purpose. Do not buy from here ever.

Deceptive practices with ambassadors

I am extremely frustrated with Slide Jewelry and their misleading subscription practices. When I went on my account to cancel, the page clearly offered me the option to pause my subscription for 3 months. I selected this option in good faith, yet I was still charged the subscription fee.
When I contacted customer service, I was told:
"While the system may show a 'pause' option, our current policy does not officially support holding or pausing subscriptions, and all processed orders go out as scheduled."
This is completely unacceptable. If the company does not honor a pause option, it should not be presented during cancellation. Having it there is deceptive, misleading, and dishonest. Customers are led to believe their account is paused, only to be charged anyway.
To make matters worse, I requested a refund for the charge that never should have been processed, and Slide Jewelry denied my request. This refusal to correct their own misleading system demonstrates a lack of accountability and poor business ethics.
