Slideworks has been a game changer for me. As an independent consultant, having access to high quality structured slide templates has given me a leg up in my work. The slides are clean, professional and very easy to customize, which makes it simple to adapt them to different contexts and clients without needing to start from scratch every time. The only suggestion I have is around access. As a lifetime member, it would be incredibly helpful to have a login based system where I can download slides whenever I need them. Overall, highly valuable and worth it.

I was initially hesitant to purchase the all-in-one bundle, so I tried a few samples first. After seeing the quality, I decided to go for the complete package — and I’m glad I did. I purchased two templates from Slideworks.io in quick succession, hoping they would help me move past a creative block. Unfortunately, neither template met my needs, so I promptly requested a refund for both.

To my disappointment, both refund requests were denied—even though their website clearly states: “We reserve the right to refund only the first purchase if a customer purchases multiple templates within a short timeframe.” This suggests at least one refund should have been honored.

Instead, I was left with two unusable templates and zero support. The policy feels misleading at best and inconsistent with their 100% money-back guarantee —buyers, beware.

In response to your reply — the statement is factually incorrect and misleading to the consumer. I had only one prior purchase over a year ago (as confirmed in Slidework's email to me). I have no knowledge of a second purchase and can confidently state that it was not initiated by me.

At the time of my purchase — and as of July 28 at 11:32 AM — your policy clearly stated that you “reserve the right to refund only the first purchase if a customer purchases multiple templates within a short timeframe.” Following my review and outreach, this language was amended to remove the “short timeframe” clause, now stating you “reserve the right to refund only the first purchase if a customer purchases multiple templates.”

It is not acceptable for a company to alter its refund policy mid-discussion in order to support its position. Given the modest amount in question, I would have hoped Slideworks would choose to honor the original terms and prioritize integrity over convenience.

I rarely rate online services, but slideworks definitely deserves it.
I am a former strategy consultant and was looking for some polished decks to use in my post-consulting life.
Stuff from slideworks is definitely not cheap, but the slides look so much better than any of the competitors and are just ready to use.

I am looking forward to buying the new releases (when helpful for my day to day business).

I also had one request from them and got an answer within 6 hours, definitely the real deal.

I’ve looked around before for good templates or examples of presentations but all I’ve ever found are either basic slide designs focusing on “making it pretty” or old McKinsey/BCG decks that don’t match my needs. This template has both a good ready-made storyline, but even better it has real examples showing how different companies have presented their strategies. If you need to create management-level slides I think this is a great place to start. Saved me quite a bit of work!

Useful and to-the-point. Well worth the money!

Bought the Corporate Strategy template yesterday. I was very impressed by the quality and breadth of the deck. The many detailed examples make the deck very usable. Highly recommended!
