He is always available to contact and readily available with good advice. His motivation is amazing, and when times get tough he is always there to help and keep me on the right track. Very much recommend him to anyone struggling to lose weight.

I joined Slim Brother with absolutely no belief at all that it would work, why should it, nothing else had and I had tried them all desperately over the years and if you are reading this I bet you know that feeling of defeat too. I blamed myself constantly for my failure but in only 2 weeks with Jody I have already lost 13 lbs! To say Slim Brother has changed my life would be an understatement, I finally have faith that I can take control of my weight and exercise, that success is not just for others but I can do it too. All sounds a bit cliched? I know, but when I stood on the scales after the first week, fully expecting to have gained weight and already making up my excuses as usual, I was completely stunned to see I had lost weight and a lot of weight! I immediately thought the scales were faulty and looked for bags of sugar to weigh to check this was real, I simply could not believe it was true. I had eaten well, too well I thought, I was not hungry at all and I definitely did not feel left out at meal times with the family.

Slim brother has changed my thoughts on eating and exercise completely. It has rewritten my dieting habits completely, all the old ideas I clung to for years with no success are gone and the relief is enormous. There are a range of plans to choose from and with the easy diet and exercise tracker you can see how well you are doing throughout the day. This has been a game changer for me, no more guessing, it’s all there in black and white for you to see and use to your advantage.

Jody includes a weekly 121, which gives you a personal chance to ask any questions and discuss your progress in confidence, which encourages you to be honest with yourself and confront your weight issues without fear of judgement, Jody would be the first to tell you he knows how it feels to lose and gain weight, so he can honestly empathise, encourage and understand your weight loss journey.

Would I recommend Slim Brother? Absolutely I would and it’s only been 2 weeks. I know I will never be a slim little waif and I don’t think I would want to be but what I know I can do now is take control and get to a weight I am happy with and maintain successfully.

Jody is so kind and supportive. He has helped me to start my weight loss journey, giving great advice and ideas. If time is an issue he even has meal plans to help.

Attended the free 6 week coaching lose a stone in 6 weeks. I lost 11lb and am very happy. Jody is fun, approachable, empathic and works with you as an individual- no one size fits all he gives personalised advice. Definitely recommend- I am still following his advice and am continuing to lose but at a slower pace.

I enjoy doing slim brother as Jody encourages you to get back on track with your diet, even if you have had a bad week. He sends out daily messages to help you on your weight loss journey and doesn’t judge you. He understands how hard it is to lose weight.

Brilliant. Great motivation & the personal touch is amazing. The plan comes with all the tools needed to help you stay on track & the weekly live check-ins make it personal and rewarding. Jodie's humour and belief in your journey is motivation to keep going & his daily live workout sessions are accessible & fit in around a busy life. Definitely worth giving it a go.

JODY BUNTING WHAT CAN I SAY…AMAZING
I have tried all the usual options to lose weight. When a friend recommend Slim Brother with JodyBunting I decided eventually to give him a chance . I have a number of health conditions that needs medication that 1) slow the metabolism and the 2) two medication’s that make you feel constantly hungry and even give you food cravings.
In July 2021 I met Jody he came to visit me and we sat outside and discussed my usual foods and simple healthier changes . Jody was without a doubt a breath of fresh air! Despite being professional he listened and came up with simple solutions. I found him so kind and understanding it was impossible not to like him and I knew that I would lose weight. JODY is in my opinion really cost effective £20 a month by paypal . I could not afford not to pay it . My mind became focused and my only wish is I had met JODY sooner . I did lose a stone the first month and then went on to lose in total 24kg or 3 stone 7lbs . I know I will reach my target and JODY will be still my holistic body coach by my side .
Unique features apart from Jody sparkling personality and support and encouragement. Daily workouts and food for thought which are brilliant. Christmas advent challenge. Now in 2022 daily wellness challenge, each day a new tip to “not only help you lose weight but feel great “. Free 6 week courses the results speak for themselves . Also Jody is available from 6 am till 10 pm to answer and messages immediately. . If you think of something at 2 in the morning it’s ok to message and you will have a reply before you wake up . You also have a regular prearranged 1:2:1 weigh in and weekly face to face over messenger , it should be 15 minutes! However I don’t think mine are less than 30 /45 minutes when really needed. I honestly couldn’t ask for more support from Jody nothing is to much trouble for him & he reply’s to message ASAP I honestly love his weight loss plan & he tells you how to work MyFitnessPal making weight loss so much more fun instead of a nightmare & Jody is so adaptable . Love Jody’s Aqua classes, he makes the exercises fun with great music. Having poor mobility I find the Aqua brilliant as it helps keep my joints moving without stressing them.

Jody is an amazing coach. Always available for advice whenever needed. Full of helpful tips for shopping lists. And all done with a smile and calm nature. Can't recommend him enough. 👍❤️
