I lost almost 10kgs on the 43 day…
I lost almost 10kgs on the 43 day detox. After trying lots of other diets and programs over the years this was by far the easiest. I am looking forward to starting another detox, this time with patches so I can see if there is any difference.

Detox and SBN protein
I did the detox on the go earlier this year and have been amazed at the results! I lost 10kg! I am now on another round! This time I am giving the active detox a go and looking forward to the results.
I also tried the sbn protein shake for the first time today, it tastes amazing (on its own with water) and I cannot believe how smooth the texture was!! Thanks SBN for your amazing products!!

Overpriced. Look elsewhere.
Value for money is pretty poor. The guide is a lot of filler and little useful product, eg numerous entire pages of photos or graphic design or pages with very little info. There are no meal plans or recipes, or even samples of these, and they want you to pay more to purchase these. Instead you just get a broad list and you're to create the whole thing yourself. Essentially you're just paying a lot of money for some drops and a basic overview, and you don't know this until you commit to the purchase. I've asked for a refund and am having trouble getting them to agree to it - theyre telling me they won't refund for change of mind, where I've made it clear it's the product I'm dissatisfied with and never would have made the purchase had I known there'd be so little in it. There are many many programs and plans out there with far more content for less price. I'd give this one a miss, it's a rip off for what you get.

Love Formula Z
Love my trusty Formula Z. I am usually a light sleeper and this helps me have a solid sleep and wake up feeling refreshed. No feeling groggy as it’s all natural. The added bonus is that it helps me stay in a fat burning zone. I usually drink mine as a shot before jumping into bed.

Formula Z + Seasonings
Formula Z is incredible. I absolutely love it and will continue to use it even after my detox.
I have it every night before bed, it helps me to sleep really well and I feel great when I wake up. I personally love the taste but this I'm sure will differ to others palates, tastes like beetroot an carrot to me.
I also really love the SBN seasonings for cooking my meals, especially the durban one. So good for making my own curry. I had to buy extra for my family as the love it too.

I’ve completed this program two years ago and it really works! Simple to follow with great support along the way, I’m back in program now as last few months I slipped into bad habits so I’m doing this to reset and help me start again and feel good.
