AVOID AVOID AVOID

Ordered 2 dresses on July 3,. Only communication I received was a confirmation of the order. I have since sent numerous emails over several days, the last one saying if they are unable to complete the order to kindly refund my money. I still did not get a response and I doubt I will

having read other reviews of similar experiences, I strongly recommend avoiding buying anything from this company. It is Hong Kong based therefore you have no legal recourse and zero chance of recovering your money

All I can say is..SCAM!

All I can say is..SCAM!
I ordered off here after seeing chloe ferry advertising them and saying how AMAZING they are! I NEVER received my item! And when I emailed them, they just kept saying its delayed, when I asked for a refund they refused, nearly two months on and still nothing!! Now they're ignoring my emails, disgusting company!! And chloe ferry should be ashamed too!!
And now they're trying to say I have never bought from them! I have all proof of emails which I'm happy to show!!

Do not order from here!

Do not order from here. Placed an order on 28th September 2020 was told I would receive before 19th October and I am still waiting. I have sent numerous emails with proof of my purchase and no one has got back to me. Shocking!
