Company cold calls prospective customers with leaked/ stolen data. They told me my name, current provider, adres without me ever being a customer with Ziggo or vodaphone. When I started asking questions they turned hostile.
Extremely disappointing customer service.
Every time I call and request to speak in English, the call is either abruptly disconnected or drops after a few minutes. It’s incredibly frustrating and feels like there's no effort to accommodate non-native speakers.
On top of that, the line connection is consistently weak. After the automated telesecretary, the call often shuts down by itself — making it nearly impossible to get any help or speak to a real person.
