They attempted to take money out of my account without my permission

I have been trying to cancel this app which I paid for but have never received for more than 6 months. There is no way to cancel unless you have the app, which I never got. They have charged my credit card $39.99 4 times and there is absolutely no way to end this. Their customer service is outsourced to a company called Just Answers which charges a recurring $41.95/mo to answer questions. Biggest scam and rip off I have ever experienced. Wish I could give it a zero!!! Beware!!!!!

False advertising, deleting negative comments from their ads, adding multiple new videos to TikTok under different company names, using the names of verified TikTok influencers without their consent, buying NUMEROUS fake reviews on the App Store. Their script states you can “take their free quiz to find out EXACTLY how much you need to walk in order to lose a certain amount of weight.” The personal information that you put on the quiz is free but your “answers” are stuffed behind a very substantial paywall. They also NEVER GIVE YOU THE ANSWER. They make you download their extremely shady, poorly built, USELESS app that is essentially just your phones pedometer.

Have been trying to cancel for the past 6 months. Still getting billed. Someone please help me with the steps how to cancel, if you have managed.
If anyone at slimkit reads this, please do send me a mail.

I sign up for this app and found it was not for me. I have not been able to cancel what I thought was like other apps…able to cancel at anytime if you want. I understand that you are charged after the trail but no matter where I search I can not cancel this subscription. I have emailed them. They just say g through your Apple Account. I have checked PayPal. I have searched my Apple account and met a dead ends at every turn. I have found they have more apps associated with their company. I am so frustrated. I’m not saying the app does not work, just not for me. I WANT OUT!!! Do not entertain this company. You will regret it. They are deceptive. How does Apple allow this. All money is good money to this circle. There are so many complaints about the same thing. A repetitive business does not operate this way.

False advertising. Offering a special deal for a low price, however charge the normal rate. Reported to PayPal. DO NOT USE. Program they provide is nothing special. Save your time and money. They are even trying to get me to close my dispute claiming they are unable to refund me until I do.

I have already cancelled but still getting billed. Just got billed $60 after already cancelling. No phone number to call makes me think scam!

Well, I see I am not the only one trying to cancel this App.

I went to support on the app, and it sent me to my iPhone subscriptions.

The problem is that the app was not on my iPhone subscriptions.

I have been trying to cancel this membership and it is nearly impossible.

Says free to check..but asks for money after wasting your time with questions

This free trial requires your credit card. It wasn't for me so I cancelled. I got an email with instructions that required me to go back to app, say I want to cancel, go back to email and contact customer support, go back to app and cancel. Each step had long and arduous instructions. It took 30 minutes.
