Phone layout shifts
Sometimes the bet size button jumps when the screen rotates slightly, and I ended up placing a bigger bet than I wanted. Frustrating on a small screen.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Joined because my buddy said it was “decent”. Maybe he had a lucky streak, I sure didn’t. Lost fast, then got hit with some weird verification popups. Not blaming them for my luck, but the vibe is off.
Coming from another casino, the exact same games just don’t seem to pay here. Maybe imagination, but the difference was big enough that I noticed.
The autoplay has high default spin counts and no real loss limit, so my balance was gone while I looked away for a minute. They should make it safer by default.
Several times a slot would crash in the middle of free spins. When it reloaded, the bonus result felt way smaller than it should be. Support just repeats “outcome is predetermined”. Convenient answer for them, not for me.
Individually little things—buttons not working first tap, text overlapping, etc.—but combined they made the site feel unpolished.
They let me deposit in crypto but then refused to pay out in the same currency, forcing me into a messy conversion. Wouldn’t have used it if I knew.
Site kept logging me out in the middle of sessions, saying “session expired” after just a few minutes. Having to log back in over and over kills any enjoyment.
Played late at night on my phone, small stakes, nothing dramatic. But the whole session was so bland and losing-focused that when I closed it I just sat there thinking, why did I even bother.
Live games buffer a lot, even on good internet. Kills the enjoyment completely.
I turned on 2FA, then my phone broke. There was no backup method, so I got locked out of my account with money still in it. Took ages to prove my identity again.
In the live game chat, the same few messages pop up over and over, like scripted reactions. Doesn’t feel like real people.
Every evening the cheap roulette tables are full and I can’t get a seat. I’m not going to move to high-limit ones just for that.
Would be helpful to get a simple monthly email summarizing deposits, withdrawals, net loss. Instead you have to dig through pages. Maybe they prefer players not seeing the totals.
Waited 40 minutes just to ask why my withdrawal was pending for days. By the time someone replied, I was already too annoyed to listen to excuses.
