Can’t email it gets bounced back, I’m gutted and it’s lesson learnt

Placed an order last night for 4 boxes, realised as soon as I checked out that I was charged £65 instead of £27 (they charged me for an additional 6 boxes). Queried this within literally minutes of placing the order and was told I couldn’t get a refund as the order has been processed (we hope you can understand). When I said I don’t need 10 boxes, I’ve only wanted to order 4 boxes…. There is nothing they can do about it but their website say’s different. Not received the product yet to know if it works but I definitely have no use for 10 boxes…. Ridiculous!

Do Not Buy BEWARE YO WONT GET ITEM
Dishonesty. No delivery . Apparently lots of reviews on there website but none on here . Beware . I have recieved nothing 24 pounds to see if it would work and yeah . The only thing I am glad is that I have not bought lots of them .
They will not help you find anything they wont support lost parcels and they give you fake reports .
That say have been delivered but the goods are not left. Presumably to be returned back to them . What a way to deal with people
