I love my Slinger Pickleball machine

I love my Slinger Pickleball machine. It seems to be very well-made and easy to transport. It's like taking a piece of luggage to the court. Also shipping was very fast. I received it in about two days. I look forward to upping my Pickleball game training with it.

Don’t be afraid to purchase the Slinger!

I was unsure of a lot of things when thinking about purchasing the Slinger. After ordering, it shipped really fast. My husband figured out how to charge the battery. We took it out to the courts and he operated it while I hit the balls. It worked perfectly and was super easy to get back in the car. The next day I took it out by myself and was able to do everything alone. We do wish it was a little easier to remove the battery to charge. It’s a little awkward. It does make me a little nervous that you absolutely can’t charge it over 5 hours. It would be nice if it came with an operating manual. That was probably the most difficult thing to find…then we had to print it out. All in all I’m giving it a 5 star review because it’s an awesome ball slinger! We’ll see what I say 6 months from now!

This bag comes with all the accessories…

This bag comes with all the accessories you need that you have to pay extra with other companies. The machine is pretty consistent but has some inconsistencies that I like because it makes me work on my footwork. The bag is simple but works better than another machine I bought and returned that was over twice as much. The only reason for the 4 stars is the range of the remote is not very good.

Your site provides easy friendly to assistance in operating slinger and recommended drills to use. I have been very satisfied with using the slinger after a month’s use.

My only complaint would be your be pickle balls given. No enough balls or the open to buy more additional balls. When using the slinger with mix balls they have different speed and bounce.

To clarify, your order was shipped three separate times. On two occasions, the warehouse provided tracking numbers that, for reasons unknown to us, were never scanned by UPS. The third shipment was marked as delivered by the carrier, although you have reported not receiving it. We have requested the next package have a direct signature.

While we've taken every step to fulfill and dispatch your order properly, delivery issues that occur after a package leaves our facility are, unfortunately, outside of our control. Please know that we share in your frustration and are equally disappointed with how the delivery process unfolded.

I really like the Slinger pickleball…

I really like the Slinger pickleball machine. I've been drilling with it in 2 hour sessions. Easy to use, easy to transport and with all the pockets plenty of storage for paddles etc.

Tried other tennis ball machines that…

Tried other tennis ball machines that had more options although, Slinger suited my needs in terms of price & functions better than the competition. Very easy to functional & easy to use. I had negative issues with another machine….seller refused to take it back & give a refund until Amazon came to the rescue.

Everything with the machine is fine

Everything with the machine is fine, no complaints about that.
However, just five minutes after I made the purchase, I received a link with a promotion offering a box of balls included for the same price I had just paid.
Honestly, I felt disappointed by that.

The free tennis ball promotion began on April 8th and our promotions cannot be combined. If the order had been placed after April 8th, the unique code would not have been able to be used with the free tennis balls.

So far so good

I’ve only used it once but I can tell it will be helpful. It’s easy to use. A little heavy when it’s full of balls but easy to maneuver around and has storage for all your essentials. I can’t wait for better weather to put it to the test. Make sure you read about battery care, very helpful!

Replacement Batteries Unavailable

I hope nobody writing these wonderful reviews has their battery (inevitable it will happen) fail as there have been no replacement batteries in stock on their website for the past 5 months. Inconceivable when they are still selling new Slingers, but i(when) your battery goes out, there is no way you can use their machine heading into the Summer months when you'll want to use it most!
