My experience with Slingmods has been excellent. I have bought a few items from them, they know the products, they are honest, helpful and very friendly. I would highly recommend them. I just worked with Chris and he was fantastic.

Had an issue with an order with a battery plate that did not fit properly. Spoke to them several times. It made it seem like it was a problem for them to replace for me. Convincing me along the way they had a problem with this item. Spoke to manager about replacement parts and never got back to me. I will be looking elsewhere for parts for my slingshot.

Great product, fast shipping

I was very happy with Sling Mods until they screwed me big time. I purchased their Kicker upgraded speakers for my 2021 Spyder RT. Turns out they didn’t show you that you had to remove the whole dash to put them in. I had mine in for dealer service and asked them to instal. I about had a heart attack when I got the bill. No idea it would have cost so much, but I now know why. And after all this they don’t sound any better. I told them the problem. They just said sorry, send back for a refund. Yeah right like I’m stupid enough to spend the same amount of money to yank them out. After several very nice emails asking for a store credit I got nothing. REALLY ! I’ve spent a load of money with them and this is how I was treated. I couldn’t be more disappointed. Needless to say I’ll never do business with them again. Buyer beware.

You know, you try to do the right thing but it never works with crooks. In my last review Slingmods did not take care of the problem. I did however go to the manufacturer and discussed the issue with them. After they investigated the problem they realized that the product did not work as advertised for my vehicle. The manufacturer is Nelson and Nelson or Spyderextras.com. . As it turns out, they have a great selection on items they sell so I don’t even have to deal with Slingmod. Further more, Slingmod stated they would refund my money. Doing so I thought I’d try one more item from them only to find out that they cancelled my order and called me to tell me they won’t do business with me. Hmmm. They screw up, they don’t stand up, then they screw you. Please tell everyone that they can’t be trusted and should be put out of business.

We have a Can-am Spyder RTL and a Sea-to-Sky and we have purchased many products from SlingMods. They get here quickly and usually have helpful installation videos on YouTube. We had an issue with one product that was about months old and when we contacted them they replaced it quickly! We love Slingmods!

So I'm over in the UK, I have bought lots of stuff from Slingmods over the last few years, sometimes the quality isn't what I hoped-for but that's probably just me, the service is excellent, the shipping and delivery is excellent, I still order from them and would recommend all day

I purchased a few things from this company and they continuously keep screwing up. They say that the items have shipped and yet when I check with FEDEX they still have not received the items. When I sent them an email it took them over a week to answer, so I called and oh my God the items I ordered shipped that morning. This took me three weeks to get my stuff and when I got it, I was so disappointed because the quality of the items was extremely over priced for the quality of. This company has the most selections that I have found online for Slingshots. If there is a better company out there it would be great to know.

Been a customer of Sling Mods for 4 months now and have bought many accessories for my ryker, everything works as discribed installed easy, spoke with your customer service to familiarize myself with your operation and the guy I spoke to was great!

Would recommend you to anyone.

As a new Ryker owner when I searched for accessories, slingmods was the first website I found. At the first glance, the products were interesting. I know bike accessories and mods are expensive, but some of the prices on the website were crazy high for the product function or quality. However, what really made me decide not to buy from them was listing items like the gas cap and the glove box lock as items specially made for Ryker by them or their US partners. However, in reality, an item like the gas cap is a Chinese knock-off Ford gas cap and the glove box lock is also a cheap Chinese plastic latch lock. Both are available on several websites for a fraction of slingmods price because they are not labeled as "specially made for Ryker". Of course, the product list goes on and on. I wouldn't trust a company that uses such deceptive tactics.

I ordered the aftermarket seat for my 2022 Can Am Spyder F3-S with driver and passenger backrests. I like the seat but looking for potential ideas to prevent the passenger backrest from flopping around. It distracts from the seat! Any options to return? This makes the seat look cheap and at almost 1400 it definitely was not!!!!

Company is trash! I've bought a few items from there. Products are decent pricing and customer service are out of this world TERRIBLE!! I will never purchase from these guys again. I've been waiting a month for my part and a return and I keep getting the run around. Part cost just shy of 2g! I finally contacted my credit card as rd company to file a dispute. Cameron and Billy P was the guys I was chatting with through emails. I've spent over 4g with these guys personally and I own an auto shop and my buddy owns a slingshot rental right down the road and now they lost 2 good customers over playing stupid childhood games about my money and parts

Terrible customer service.
Deceptive ad.
Returned item to them.
No response. No refund. Finally after I had to contact their customer service. Told boss was gone.
Four days later they issued a refund.

Just want to give Chris Woodland from Sling Mod, a thumbs up, for his fast courteous service on getting me a replacement light for my Ryker. Thanks keep up the good work.

I only give them a one star because they have a bad rating of not calling back when you have questions regarding their product I called several times regarding the product that I ordered that I did not need to find that out once I got it because no one from their office never called back I hope they can work this out and understand how important to contact consumers We make them who they are and sometimes I think they still seem to forget that that’s all the competition out there and if this keep going on they going to see a decrease in their sales.

This review is do to my Ryker battery that was purchased in March 2022. Was sent to the wrong address . After contacting them they said there is nothing they can do. I then call the USPS and they said that Sling mods can have it intercepted. AFTER CALLING SINGMODSA SECOND TIME THEY SAID THERE IS NTHING THEYCAN DO. THE TYPEOF SERVICE ISNOT ACCEPTABLE . I WILL NOT ODER FROM THEM AGAIN.

I installed wheel kit and underglow 1,2,and 3 i was missing 2 wires had them in a couple days ,it was the best service I received in a long time from customer service ,,thanks slingmod

A very fishy place of business, would not ship my spyder cover to my work where im stationed at they will only ship to my billing address, they told me the credit card companies make them do it cause of fraud?
Sad thing was i was using my bank card 🤔
You cant even send friends or family Christmas presents if you shop there!
I had no other companies tell me this, so i shop at lamonster .Will not be doing business with again
They didnt even seem to care, guess they have to much business

Bought 2 sets of fender indicator LEDs for my Spyder and Ryker. Had major issues with Ryker parts and minor problems with Spyder parts from new. They were replaced but now, 10 months on, problems with Spyder parts and Slingmods are not prepared to help. I've just cancelled an order worth over $2000.

Please do not order from this company. This is the second time I've had an issue with my order and received some on the poorest customer service EVER. There won't be a third time because third time "shame on me". I have advised all members of my bike club not to order from them as well. You work to hard for your money to receive poor customer service.
