The fit was great

The fit was great. After a few weeks, the toe area started leaking and getting wet when I wore them outside in the rain or wet grass. I would not recommend these. I bought them on 4/27/26 so I didn't have them that long before this started to occur.

I have had the same pair of sloggers for 10 years.

I have had the same pair of sloggers garden shoes and the boots for over 10 years.. I have loved them so much I have gifted them to friends and family. I leave them on the porch when it's not Garden season and they're fine I just shake them out make sure no Critters are in there. I can't tell you how many times I forgot to change my shoes and went to town in them they're that comfortable. They slip on and slip off really easy...trust me when you need to get in the house quick it's great to have a pair of boots that slip on and off easy!

Bad experience

I placed an order for three pairs of garden shoes. In my search it showed that sloggers had them on clearance. After checking the status for a week I called them and was informed that they didn't have this style for a year. Not sure how I was able to order them online if they did not have them in stock at all. It still shows that they have them on clearance but the agent informed me that none of their systems show this style available. I wish they would send me email informing that my order has to be canceled.
I guess it's going to remain a mystery, but I lost a week waiting for the status to be changed from processing. Very disappointed, it was my first and last experience with that company. They didn't respond to my email either and didn't offer a replacement product. I have sloggers shoes and love them, so no complaints about the product.

Sore feet and splitting - disaster!!!

I bought the Sloggers Outnabout in July 2023. My first two walks showed me the sole was overly flexible which was hopeless, as they have a heel, and my mid foot was sore from not having support. I emailed and requested a refund but was told 'no' by the manufacturer. I bought rigid insoles so I could get some use from the $140 pair of shoes adding $35 to the cost. They split 10 months later and I got a credit from the retailer, who is a small family business and have had several pairs returned for splitting and won't stock Sloggers in future. Active Casual and Mansi were specifically who I dealt with at Sloggers Australia.
