Top quality mattress at a reasonable price but unfortunately too firm for me.However delivery was good and return was simple under the 200 day trial with a refund in the bank the day after collection.Johnathan was an absolute star!

Further to my previous review Adam at Hypnia contacted me and explained their recent courier supply difficulties and offered apologies and recompense for the delay and poor communication.
I would reiterate that I’m very happy with the product it was just a bad experience with delivery.

Return policy is disgraceful
Return policy is disgraceful. Despite claiming that the product can be returned and refunded, they require payment for return shipping, which is more expensive than the product itself. You are screwed if you are not satisfied with the product

Really happy thus far
My husband and I love our sleep, so for our new home I really wanted to get a new mattress that was super comfortable and also supportive. I did a lot of research and came across Hypnia. We’ve only had it about. A week, but I can already notice an improvement in our quality of sleep! So glad we went for this one.

Easy to build. Great height
It was delivered on time. Was really easy to build. I did it all by myself and I’m usually pretty bad at it. It includes all the tools necessary for building. And the height is perfect to store boxes underneath.

The first night was super comfortable. After 3 nights, there's a slight sinking in in the center. I have lower back and hip pain, so I'm sensitive to dipping. I am still trying it out - the long trial period great.
The delivery took 3 extra days due to a holiday and a strike but I got updates, the packaging was perfect, it inflated immediately to the right size, and there was no smell.

Customer service from hell.
They offer to send the mattress back if you don't like it but this process is a mess. Not only I had to wait 3 months for my refund but when they finally refunded they send me a letter claiming they have done it twice and I should transfer the money again and threatened me with a lawyer. I checked my credit cards and turns out I didn't receive the refund twice.... It looks like scam to me. The hotline was not helpful at all. They suggest I should call my bank and send them a prove. So they apparently did a mistake and threaten me and want me to prove to them instead if checking themselves. I can't recommend it.

Found the mattress we wanted and got a good price (lots of lovely discounts going round now). Website was very clear on the product and the ordering process was a piece of cake. Had a little hiccough with a delivery fee, but the online chat sorted it all out pretty quickly for me. Overall, a good job...looking forward to having a comfortable night's sleep!
