Superfast delivery received day after placing order, superb quality no need to iron and looks super fresh also feels luxurious without feeling overly silky. Will definately be placing future order.

The quality of the fabric and the stitching was really poor.

After a the first use the bedsheet was stretched and slack. It has now also started to pill up after less than a year of use.

The buttons on the duvet cover are poorly sewn on.

I would not recommend to anyone.

Initially I was so impressed by these that I referred friends and family and even gifted bed sets.
Unfortunately after a while, they started to fall apart. Firstly, the buttons started to came off one-by until they were all gone. I emailed customer services to see if they were aware, (not a complaint and not even asking for anything), they didn't apologise, just acknowledged the problem and hilariously sent me 6 replacement buttons in an A4 envelope!
Since then, the seams have started to fray and split and the set is slowly edging towards beconing unusable.
Such a shame as they are lovely and soft, they're just poorly made and not designed to last.

The sheets are soft but the price it too high for the quality. When I emailed them about this they forgot to reply to me.

Placed an order for sheets 2 weeks ago, waited for the parcel and emailed to find out the status and was told it was already delivered. Contacted all neighbours if there was a misplaced or incorrectly delivered parcel. I have emailed the company at least 5 times and their initial response was “we value our customer’s satisfaction and DPD is looking into this matter”. Its been over a week, three more emails sent but I still don’t have a response or an update.

Pathetic service and definitely not buying from them again.

Fantastic bedding. Comfiest sheets I've used. Excellent customer service.

After extensive use the sheets do crinkle a little. However they are superior to all other bedding to the point we don't use any other anymore.

Only downside is that stock takes a while to come back in.

I am so disappointed! After reading reviews and seeing recommendations, I went ahead and bought the Sloth London bedding set. Delivery was quick, packaging great and the bamboo set was so soft. However, after just a few nights it started to bobble. I reached out to Sloth to try and resolve but received no response. I then contacted them via their email for their 30-day free trial to arrange a return and again, no response. I can't remember the last time I was just ignored by a company I bought from!!!! Really poor.

Got my bedding last week and I absolutely love it. Delivery was next day packaging great.
Even better now it has been washed.
Would highly recommend.

The bedding is very soft and we loved it when it first arrived, however after following the laundry guidleines and only a few washes it started fraying and threads coming loose, making it look shabby. I got in touch with Sloth and got quick responses initially but then have had to chase them up when there was no response for weeks. Still haven't heard back from my email weeks ago. I am not one to write reviews but pretty disappointed with this quality and customer care from a 'premium' product/brand.

Incredibly soft bedding and excellent customer service.

We sadly had some minor issues with pilling but when we told them this they immediately sent a replacement product. No complaints, excellent product, great service, would 100% recommend.

Don't usually do reviews but just wanted to say I was hesitant to buy after seeing some recent reviews about bobbling and snagging, but I’ve had none of those issues! After multiple washes, my bedding is still as soft and smooth. Would recommend!

The bedding I received from sloth was wonderful - super soft and silky and exactly what I’d been hoping for given the £120 cost! It however bobbled after two washes and is now, three months in, quite rough and not at all the quality I expected. We’ve followed all washing instructions.

I contacted sloth and was told that a full refund and return wasn’t possible because of their 30 day warranty. They have issued a 25% refund which is appreciated, but still means I paid £90 for bedding which now really isn’t that pleasant!

I recently purchased the all white bedding set.

I'd heard on various forums about the benefits of bamboo bedding and wanted to give it a try.

I'm currently going through the Menopause and I have to say that although it hasn't completely resolved my night sweat problems, it certainly has eased the problem.

The fabric feels lovely to the touch. It washed well, and I didn't need to iron it. I simply smoothed out the creases whilst it was insitu on the bed and any small creases simply fell out.

All elements of the bedding set fitted my Kingsize bed perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this product.
