The people who gave 1 star is most…

The people who gave 1 star is most likely couldnt wait withdrawal period and spent their money. I requested 300 euros withdrawal and recieved the money in 2 days.

Withdrawal process is a joke !!

Fantastic games on this site and good wins but upon my first withdrawal they kept turning down my proof of address. All of a sudden I'm told I need to contact their withdrawal company? However no info as to who or why was given. So I e mail asking about it only to receive a load of bullshit. Now I'm waiting for them to restart the withdrawal process. It's been 3 days and I'm becoming rather infuriated by it all. They now ignore my emails. Not happy with them at all

BE CAREFUL

Ok guys - right I am from the UK and have been playing for a week - deposited fine and played fine - done my first withdrawal on Friday the 21st February for €1200 - 72 hours have past and nothing - I am furious- have been told due to the high amount of withdrawals their are delays - which with technology I find highly unlikely ........Have been checking all day today and another 24 hours have past and i am getting very worried - no emails no texts no nothing ..... This site is obviously based somewhere in Eastern Europe -Latvia Estonia etc as they are on eet time - but where is their customer service or account manager - they probably don't have any - Be careful guys i am gonna investigate further and am sure some authorities somewhere must be able to help - am not giving up i want my money back - and why do the well known games providers use these companies if they r not legit ?

They are legit. genuine UK player

I am a genuine UK player. Not a bot or family member or paid to give a review. Slot monster is legit. People writing bad reviews are sore losers. They do pay withdrawals out but takes 24-48hrs for withdrawal to be processed then another 1-3 days to hit your bank. Yes it’s slow but you will get it. When you withdraw back to bank you have to enter your IBAN and swift number which you can find on bank statement. Getting verified was no drama, sent picture of passport and council tax bill, done a video and verified instantly. Took all of 5 minutes.
They email to confirm once your withdrawal is complete. They also take around 20 percent of your withdrawal for converting from EU to GBP. I withdrew 2700 Wednesday, it got processed Friday afternoon and was in my bank Monday morning £2198. Support always respond to emails. No drama with these guys whatsoever. Yes they limit pragmatic and red tiger games for UK players, yes the withdrawal is slow but they do pay and they are legit. Never had a problem with them. Best non gam stop site for me.

Won €500 I’ve tried to withdraw several times and had no luck
I’ve had zero help or correspondence on how to help, 1 person blamed my bank the other blamed verification

There is no verification option on the site and now the live chat is not working

Still no money in my bank absolutely disgraceful service and gaming site

Very quick to take your money not to easy to withdraw anything

Everything okay with this casino lost a star due to time for withdrawals as they only offer Iban transfer and crypto transfer I wish was quicker the waiting three days but went right into my account and oh yer 4000 euros won 3200 reviecied in gdp they are skme terrible exchange rates.

This site is a scam

This site is a scam. Wouldn't pay out several times. Relies on desperate people and must be doing fraud.
Wait for you to win then decline payments and tell you rules for withdrawals. Very rude live chat support if and when you can speak to someone.
I spent alot of money for them to deny payment. They wait for you to win to the deny it. Don't bother and save your money. Rip off merchants

Waiting for a £40 withdrawal for over 5 days ( small amount) received an email saying the beneficiary details (my own name) are wrong so my withdrawal has been denied !! AVOID !! SCAM!! If they can’t payout a measly £40 I wouldn’t even entertain this joke of a site 🤬

Rigged RTP

Its a shame but something is definitely not right with their games. I have never had a problem withdrawing however that may be as largest withdrawal was only around £800. Recently the games feel completely rigged. Ive played enough slots to know you can go on a dreadful run on any site but this is different, its got so blatant now its like they have given up pretending to be legit and are just trying to steal as much as possible as quickly as possible. Foolish as if they had been a little less greedy they could have maintained many profitable punters with gambling problems!

Really bad customer service

Really bad customer service, live chat is 1 big drama thing overall...

Withdraws are taking way to long to be accepted and there should be a added a button for locking your withdraw for sure.

Vip managers cant answer your whatsapp and its Just Really slow on the customer service side...

Really sad , since the bonusses that are offered, are opstanding and clear on their terms.

Slotmonster is getting promoted by a couple streamers and I really wondering if the support is the same for them.

Scam

Always trusted this site up until now. Withdrawn 1000 euro and was pending for 3 days, kept being told it will be woth me soon. Now the transaction has been removed from my account and no trace anywhere of the withdraw or the 1000 euro. They suddenly aren't responding to my emails and live chat keeps not working
