Was sceptical about Slotmonster and thought my suspicions were confirmed when I turned €20 into €800.... My initial deposit was in pounds, cost me more than half that to get a bonus but once I did it paid me over $100. Anyway, long story slightly shortened I went on one of those lucky streaks where every game seemed to be paying... When I hit €800 I decided to collect.... 24 hours passed, nothing... I messaged them... After a bit of back and forth I was told I'd entered the "Beneficiary Name" incorrectly... This was yesterday 31st October... After correctly inputting the info I received an email saying my request had been processed and the money was on it's way... Still I didn't believe them... Just before 10:30am on the 1st I received an alert from my bank... It's in!!! Obviously happy to have got lucky and I'm not glorifying gambling... But Slotmonster are 100% LEGIT... Great selection of games, loads of options - Stakes and Buys etc... Nowt bad at all to say about them.

I have deposited twice on this casino and both times the money has been taken from my bank then not credited to account. In all fairness the money goes back in my bank a couple of days later but its unnecassary hassle i can do without. Both times i msgd live chat and they were asking for documents that proved payment even though id allready sent proof, they ask for documents from bank so would mean contacting bank. Just easier to play at another casino and not have to go through all this.

Joined Slotmonster over a month ago and decided to deposit 100€.
Played a fruit machine at 1€ a spin and after about 40€ I hit a bonus and before I knew it I had won over 1,000 euros.
Naturally I was over the moon and decided to withdraw before I lost it all.
This was where the nightmare begun.
They refused to release my funds until I could provide them with proof of the card I deposited with.
Unfortunately I snapped that card and thought I'd thrown it away.
I then provided them with my new card but they said it was no good and they needed the original card.
I provided them with my passport, drivers licence, PDF bank statements and god knows what else but they still insisted on needed a card ending with 4 precise digits.
To my surprise, after searching my house I found the card they had asked for.
Now they have asked me to provide a load more information and have said there are discrepancies in the names.
I only have one name so I don't have a clue what they mean.
I have proof of the money leaving my account for which I won with and have 1,320 euros in my account which they don't want to give me....or are making it impossible for me to get hold of.
Does anyone know how to go about getting advice (legally) so I can recover what is rightfully mine.
I have dealt with over a dozen casinos in the past but never anything as bad as this.
It's a shame they don't have dozens of checks when you're depositing your cash.
The amount of stress this has caused me this past 4 weeks has been unbearable.
I don't sleep most nights thinking about it.
Can anybody help??

Hello, in this casino you can only lose money. everything is fake. If you win, the game freezes and you just keep losing. I don't recommend it at all. waste of money....

In 7 months have received over 1300 (yes 1300) emails. I've even had to close one on my email accounts due to their behaviour. Now getting bombarded with text messages.
Not once have I even considered for a millisecond to ever deposit or play here (like ANY OTHER EUROPEAN CASINO outside of the UK)

I use meny meny sites and apps for meny years. Trust me when i say do not use this.

I received a bonus which took me a few hours but managed to stake enough to make it withdrawable. Few days later after requesting withdrawal, refused to pay out because I had staked more than 5€ per bet so they wiped my entire withdrawal, and they said ‘as a token of good will’ they gave me back my initial bonus so I have to go through the hoops to stake it again!

They say what I did was against their T&Cs but as an operator they should do more to restrict players from doing this in the first place, else I wouldn’t be reviewing so negatively. Thankfully it wasn’t a crazy sum of money, but that was enough for me to close my account

Followed joining bonus and didn't receive until my 3rd deposit,then followed free spins text and again I didn't receive. Asked chat to look in to this and told them I will shut my account if they don't look into this. So Hiro and james just shut my account with out even trying to look into my request. Do not join they do not deliver as a site

I highly recommend this casino, definitely the best I’ve ever played, started of slow and did up up putting a good few k through it with no reward……then it’s starting paying (big time) already withdraw my 10k weekly limit and it’s cleared in my bank and my casino balance still reads 118000! Yes 118k! Unreal
