Started out great!!! After verification I was limited without reason. Chat isn't helpful, when asked to chat with a live agent, I was put on hold/in cue for over 15 minutes in which case I just logged out. Each time I sign in to play, I have no daily rewards or the promos available comes up either invalid or unable to redeem at this time and now it says contact customer care/service. I submitted a call back and now will see how that works. Good Luck

Had $80k when initiated withdrawal. Not happy with the $2500 limits on the 3 methods of payout (20k/month), I can complain but it was clearly stated on their webpage. I follow directions and ask for $2500 in crypto and $2500 in bank wire. A day later they reply with my bank wire is declined and my $2500 request has been dropped to $1500....a WEEK. What is going on here...all these wannabe casinos and no one has money. forget the $80k, Sloto doesnt even have $5000. How has Sloto been in business 19 years?! They should of been burned to ashes in 19 days in my book. I hope they make things right and it was just some sort of oversight by an employee with rocks as brains.

So far so good. Easily the best part of Sloto, is their bonus and incentive program! They have all their bonuses and promotions in one place, easily accessible prior to making your deposit. They list all the requirements for each reward and what they offer and what it takes to reach the point of withdrawal access. There is no shortage of bonuses offered. Theres something for everyone. There are also a selection of no deposit free spins and sometimes free credits. Their customer loyalty perks and privileges are far and beyond anything other casinos have to offer and is very impressive. Now the only issue I have with Sloto, is their withdrawal process. First, withdrawals are limited to painfully low amounts. Max withdrawal even by crypto Bitcoin is $2500 each time and only $5000 a month i believe. There are only 3 methods to withdraw; wire transfer, a check by mail and crypto (Bitcoin). The first two methods also come with a fee. Withdrawal amounts are comparably much lower than other online casinos like Bovada who allow crypto withdrawals up to 25000 or 250000 and are almost instant fo those with higher membership leves. I dont understand why there is a cap on crypto withdrawals other than givng them a chance to slow pay you because either they want you to continue gambling so they could recover their losses or they are using customer money to flip and payoff other winners. I cannot attest to the time frame yet as I am still currently waiting for my first payout. Currently i have winnings of 70k and at the rates they process and allow for cash withdrawals, any jackpot or high limit winner seems to have to be ok taking annuity. haha..it will take me almost 3-4 months to get all my money. Hopefully they will change that ASAP or make exceptions to the rule for jackpot winners and high limit players. I completed the ID verification process a week ago and initiated the withdrawal this morning. Will update when received. Of the top of my head, one solution would be to put a higher minimum needed to access higher withdrawal limits. Such as withdrawal points from 0-2500. 5000-7500, 10000-12500, etc. Overall very happy with Sloto. If they could pay out quickly, and in larger amounts, Sloto might be the must have and all you need casino for everyone. Time will tell.. literally. Just hope they're not like Ignition Casino, where they make up an excuse to close your account and not pay. I have faith in Sloto Cash Casino though. Good luck to all.

The only time you win is when you playing with a coupon. By chance if you make to the determined amount set for the coupon to cash out you are left with nothing. When I deposit money without a coupon I never win anything. The coupon is a scheme for you to play but not win.

You could offer something free once in a while. You make too much money to not be able to offer incentive to even try the casino out. Free spins once in a while. get some feeling of cohesion with your players. I quit coming cause i was never offered a free spin without deposit. As we all know if you have to deposit, whar exactly was free?
