I am extremely disappointed with my experience on Slotomania. The game appears to be designed in a way that encourages continuous spending while offering very little in return. Despite investing a significant amount of money, I rarely experienced meaningful wins, which makes the overall system feel unbalanced and discouraging.

Everyday is a joke from game liars,cheaters review should be 0 ,if you send them a message takes a month to get a answer ,that's because that's how many negative complaints they ,then they act like they want to help ,they want you're money $$$$$$$period ,don't know how they get away with the stupid shit joke,

I played for about 2-3 weeks and spent nearly $700 on coins and such and feel overall scammed with how often you roll a spin and get nothing in return I am a Diamond member and have since deleted the game because their customer support is utter horeshit cookie cutter corporate speak. This game isn’t worth your time god bless you on your journey but this game ain’t the one

The company now relies on a small clientele that can afford to spend lots of money. Those that create challenges are focused on generating as much income as possible from a smaller client base rather than a small amount from a larger client base. Pleasure to the few and pain to the many.

Their competitors love their approach as it makes it easier to attract away their customers. Slotomania when I first played was far more reasonable and I spent a good some of money then. Now I have not spent a penny while waiting for the heads of the company to wake up. Their game developers are the best. Those that create the challenge stradegy should receive bonuses from their competitors. They also miss opportunities to improve challenges. In other words, the challenge creators lack the creativity that the game developers have. Probably, by the time the heads of the company wake up, the competitors will have left them in dust. Sad!

I deposited $500 got a $100 bonus as well, I somehow won 98k on sugar rush and verifed, which was a drama, withdrew 6k at a time as that all I could do had 98k pending withdrawl, for slotmania to come back to me and said u can only win a max of $2270 off a bonus so they decided to give me 6k instead of 98k and took the whole 92k away. Even tho I had 500 of my own, what a f4cking joke. NEVER USE THIS SITE!!!!!!!

I've been playing Sloto since 2019. The game has undergone significant changes, mostly for the worse. They have now increased the amount of my bet, the lowest being 650, then it jumps to Quadrillion. This is the second time for increasing my bets. Their response is: The intention behind these updates is to maintain overall balance with the game environment, not to limit player advancement. They want to limit your advancement so that you buy into coins to play.

If you purchase coins, you get a LOT LESS for the same price you payed before. I have been playing for several years. I am very unhappy with this and I am looking for a new game that won't cheat me out of my money.

For the last 11 days, despite my almost daily complaints and their "by the book" responses, the game has been broken. Unable to go to the MAXBET level and the level I am betting restricts accumulation of items that allow me to win more coins and gems.

they are bunch of thieves and they lie each one of them and they pass you like soccer ball to each other until you get tired and give up, they took half of my GEMS, COIN and they remove me from VIP lol, how sad this is? i am going to make review on each site and make a complain day by day. if they are a thieves they should not be operative i have evidence to prove it

You can buy and buy and buy but their games don't really hit to let you play very long

I have only been playing a month ,yes the game is fun to play ,but omg how many times do u get a pop up saying enjoy free spins ,win extra gems ,win these ,yet every pop up is them wanting u to spend money , all i do now is click the x and move on ,i built up 4 billion coins ,then they had the black friday deal bet big and win big ,so i did 2 million a spin ,even though i was loosing i thought to myself ,i have to win big at some point ,in aprox 8 hundred spins i was down 3.1 billion coins ,my guess is the black friday deals were just for them to make more money ,because there are so many bad review ,i wont be spending any money ,so i shall just carry on playing for free ,

If I could give slotomania and playtika 0 stars I would. I checked into this company, and they posted a 1-billion-dollar revenue and yet they still treat players like garbage. DO NOT waste you time or money on this greedy site and company !!!

I am a Black Diamond player, which for me means I’ve spent way too much money, which seems to be the ongoing theme with them. This site is not free as advertised. When I complain about something, they change something within my account making it impossible to “win” , by the way winning is not free. They never respond to any negative comments. If I make an additional inquiry they ignore that too. My advice is stay away, don't get caught up in the games and learn a lesson from my stupidity.

I didn’t know about the honesty of this website so I gave a 50/50 review. However, I’m glad I read reviews (like I do everything) prior to downloading it. It probably deserves a 1 rating from the many comments I have read.

I have requested THREE times to explain why I have been denied the ability to purchase on the site!!! They have ZERO respect for anyone who disputes double billings or improper credits (as advertised). They don't have "VIP Managers" on site any longer which leads me to believe that their revenue has been severely reduced!!!

How bogus this company is. This bull about converting my coins to a lower value. If I bet 1 point that translates to One quadrillion points to play. How ridiculous. Should be run out of business.

They converted my balance in septillions into millions saying the numbers are too big. I played for 12 years to build that balance and to be told it's a "conversion" is gaslighting me into believing it's not a loss. Not happening!
