Unlike the established platforms, Slotora is free — every feature, unlimited bookings, unlimited clients, your whole team — and it never takes commission on your work. Clients book themselves around the clock from a booking page carrying your brand colour, logo, gallery and reviews. The scheduling engine handles split shifts, buffers, processing time, group classes with capacity, recurring appointments and multi-service baskets, and it respects each team member's individual working hours — so double-bookings cannot occur. Automatic email reminders and self-service rescheduling reduce no-shows, an automatic waitlist refills cancellations, and no-show tracking shows you who to watch. Beyond the calendar, Slotora includes a client CRM with tags, notes, consultation forms and before/after photos; gift cards, session passes and coupon codes; a loyalty programme; a reports dashboard covering revenue, top services and top clients; a website embed and popup widget; and marketing campaigns by email or SMS. An AI layer drafts campaigns, answers client questions and flags bookings at risk of a no-show.
