I would give this site zero if I could. Happily took my deposit but when paying out a different story. Upload driver license 2 times and accepted but didn't update account. Tried a 3rd time and said to contact them. Also uploaded other documents which got rejected but wont let me reupload as they are still saying pending. So many hurdles to jump through to get money yet taken in an instant. There is no immediate way to contact them only email which says 3 days to respond. I have won over £3000 which would massively help me but having them in my account still due to the sites inadequacies leaves the potential to spend again. Don't use site absolute con and playing on emotions of potential addicts

I am closing these accounts. I want to withdraw they ask me to upload documents already verified.
So frustrating. Stay clear of this site.

The place is a joke got money I want to withdraw and had to send a lot of information to get my account verified and not blocked account and no responding to my emails

Scamm stay clear won't let u withdraw but will let u top up in the end I gave up waiting and spun the money away in ridiculous high spins just to get to zero so I could close the account

They basically want a pint of blood and a dna sample to verify your account, i think its just a scam to make you so fed up you don't withdraw any cash,although they are very happy to let you deposit. Please do not use this site if you are actually lucky to be able to withdraw they charge you and it takes days

Account got frozen due to me playing to much 🤦‍♀️ More like cos I was winning to much, had an email Tuesday saying money in my account is being sent to me and would be with me in 1 to 3 working days not recieved yet this company is terrible and tell lies

Awful website, went from £10 to £80 and they would not let me withdraw. Attempted to solve via email but after a 4 day wait I received the same automated reply, which prompted me to request an account closure. Legally, these sites are required to return your cash balance via your deposit method (which they themselves confirmed and stated it would be within 3 days) however 20 days later my account is closed but no cash returned whatsoever. They have also stopped replying to my emails.
Do not trust this website.

atrocious website, Wagered my bonus from a no deposit bonus , 34£ winning , I then try to verfiy my account , takes 3 days, I then am told I need to depoist to confirm my card, so my balance is 44 now I then try to withdrawl and says withdrawl limit is 50 , So i depoist another 10(as this is the lowest u can depoist) my balance is now 54, I then TRY withdrawl again and says I have not wagered the amount and cannot withdrawl even though my account says I had comeplted the wagered, 54£ stuck in the account and 20£ wasted. Crazy how this is even legal , so easy to depoist yet insane to withdrawl. wow..

EDIT: now 2 stars up from 1 because they finally paid up, I would of given them 3-5 stars if the support acutally replied back instead of sending me a automated repsonse to my questions, and if they fixed the withdraw issues

I am completely shocked to see so many other people having the same experience as I am, for nearly 2 weeks now I have had my verification documents rejected for absolutely no reason their photo ID uploader keeps saying document not recognised now absolutely no response back from any emails and the apparent instant fb chat is a million miles from instant, answered twice saying we still need photo ID so sent it on messenger as well, now saying we cannot accept via fb chat only email, to which they're I think blocking me on now as no longer receiving automatic replies, I cannot believe how simple it is to deposit yet virtually impossible to withdraw, surely this is illegal,have filed a complaint to jumpman gaming also no response, will be reporting to the gambling commission as others have and also seek legal advice. Awful casino site, extreme lack of communication no response via email for days (still waiting) no other way to contact them. Extreamly easy to deposit but impossible to withdraw. They have now blocked my account with a balance of £3900 and say they have sent me an email which they have not and now no way to contact them avoid at all cost if you actually want to be able to withdraw winnings. I am now taking this further to the gambling commission and some other places to report them. Will update once I have a reply from the other authorities.

Awful site do not deposit you may win but you will never be able to withdraw they have only email way of contact. I deposited and still can’t withdraw as money all in bonus funds. You can’t play with real money until bonus funds are gone. After using £600 bonus funds I topped up and won £300 only to check and that £300 is now in bonus funds again. This site is a scam! Only appon money hitting my account all £300 will I change my review which is highly unlikely as can’t even get a response!!

On the 11th October I gave a one star because I was unable to withdraw my winnings. I said I would remove the post once I had my winnings in my bank account. That time has finally come. I got my winnings after jumping through many hurdles on the 21st October and removed the post.

However, I cannot remain silent as the amount of stress this put me through, I don't want others to go through it as well. Thus I will give two stars for the sole fact I was able to get my winnings in the end.

Do not use Slotsanimal. They do everything they can to keep hold of your money. No issues depositing money. But be warned, for if you do, they require you to wager before you can withdraw that money. So say you deposit £10 then instantly have a change of mind and want to withdraw it again: sorry, "you haven't wagered enough on your first deposit. Please contact support."

There is a £2.50 withdrawing fee and that is only if you get through the documentation stage. After failing multiple times to get "verified" by uploading my documents, I had to contact support. It took a while and finally I was able to withdraw my money from my free spins (no deposit) of £50.

So I went to withdraw. Sorry, this is unavailable. Back to support. Turns out I had to make a deposit first and then I could withdraw.

Deposited £10 and went to withdraw the now £60 total. Sorry, you haven't wagered enough from your first deposit. So back to support to make a withdrawal request.

Finally, I was able to withdraw and got my money of £56 into my bank on the 21st October.

Never again. Go and find another site to play slots and games on if you are considering this site.

Absolutely awful website. Will refuse documents several times for no reason until you threaten them with the GC and remind them of the fine they've had before for witholding withdrawals unfairly.
Charles gave me some advice too/ more info on this company so feel free to shoot him a text :)
But DO NOT PLAY ON ANY JUMPMAN SITE unless you want to fight for your money/winnings. No liv chat no phone number just email and they often don't reply or reply without actually being help or answering your questions.

I have £300 in my account to withdraw, I have already withdrawn before but they want proof, then more proof, then the proof I sent is not acceptable, so more proof, 2 weeks have now passed, over 30 e mails and now being completely ignored, I have put a complaint in via the site, ignored, I have sent messages on facebook, ignored, account is locked so I can't even access the account to see what is happening and no way of withdrawing my money, I am fuming, a bunch if con men, do not use this site as they will happily take your money but won't pay out 🤬🤬🤬

Beware!!! Do not bet with them, after me winning with a phone deposit of £30 I won £556, I’ve never known any company wanting so much ID proof, even if you have sent in the I’d, they still reject it, even thou it shows exactly what they need... they just try anything so you can’t retrieve your money, I disputed a phone bill that clearly stated everything.. name phone number and address and they refused it three times... eventually after 6 weeks, considering they take 2-3 days to reply to every email, they then ask you to deposit cash into the account, then finally send picture of the card,..
