these people are not a real casino as they claim!!! They only allow you to withdrawal by sending more money to supposedly verify litecoin account that you don't even need for withdrawal.

Made my deposit. Won some money. Can not get them to pay. All I get is lies. Then they tell me I have to wait longer. They take your money but will not pay out. I submitted on October 11th for withdrawal. Still nothing except being told it is gonna take longer. They said I could withdraw my deposit with my winnings. Submitted a withdrawal for my winnings and deposit. My winnings were approved and my deposit was taken off my account. Like it was never there. They seem to be liars and thieves. I do not reccomend this site to anyone at all.

I recently requested an $80 withdrawal from this place from a chip bonus chip that they gave me for $30. I had to deposit $10 of Litecoin in order to get this withdrawal done which I did. And then it showed that my withdrawal request was approved by a manager. When I spoke to an agent on the chat line they told me it was denied because I had multiple accounts there was an account that I had closed I had asked them to closed almost 2 months ago that was a work account that I no longer work at and I have no longer access to. And they will not pay me out because of a mistake that they made by not closing that account out first for me like I asked them to. It was fine for me to deposit my money into their accounts but when it came time for them to pay up they would not do it because of a mistake they made nor were they doing anything to correct it and make it up to the customer. They are shady they are bad business do not deposit your money into this casino it is not worth it. Disappointing!

SCAM!!! Had to give 1 star because 0 wasn't an option. I had won some money on their free spins promo. After completing the play through amount and making the verification deposit which is required at most sites I spent 10 days and somewhere around 65 times of sending in my documents I emailed them. Several days and countless more verification attempts I was locked out of this and their affiliated sites for the reason that I had participated i a second promotion so therefore wasn't eligible for redeeming my winnings. They offered to refund my deposit, ya still waiting on that. This one's a joke unless your going to play for fun don't waste your time, and even then there are much better places to play for fun.
