If I could rate it no-stars I would. I looked up "best online casinos" and saw this was on the top 10 list so I tried it out. I won a little last year and went through their "verification process" and was told it was a one time thing. Fast forward six months later and I won $1,200 and attempted to cash out only to be told I had to "re-verify" and send photos of all the credit and debit cards I had used on the account. I explained to them that I don't use my cards anymore, just Bitcoin and I do not have those cards anymore and had to replace them. They still insisted?? So I just dug out photos of the old cards from last time and send them 18 separate times!! I kept waiting and waiting and getting told over and over that they "hadn't received them"!!!! 18 times! FINALLY after a full month they got back with me and told me they needed a marriage certificate and credit card statement ect? WTF?! I was LIVID! By then I had played my $1,200 down to just $100 and after finally getting re-verified I was able to make the withdrawal. However, it took them two weeks to approve it and I'm still waiting on the payout. As I'm typing this, Im actually checking on the status via their live chat (which all the reps say the say thing "were going to escalate it" ect ect from an obvious script) oh! And I'm being told I need to continue to wait. PLEASE don't waste your time or money here! There are tons of great instant payout casinos out there so don't be duped by this one!

Dogshit site. Withdrawing requires you to deposit Litecoin minimum of $10...? Like what the hell? Playthroughs are like 25x (if not more).
Would recommend everybody stays away from this site.

I have been aprt of this community for part some time and the withdrawls are terribly slow ! I have one active now and they are taking forever to send my win! They are in the midst of being "unable to payout withdrawals" AKA winnings. 1) The process takes weeks so its really not even worth it. 2) They aren't paying out the full amounts. I was told "we removed the bonus funds" when I didn't even use a bonus. 3) I THEN was told the withdrawal (half of which I won mind you) was being paid out on 5/22 and almost 3 weeks later, nothing. The "Hosts" that bother you tell you to use bitcoin and you can withdrawal in 2-3 days..... I have all the phone calls and exchanges recorded. BEWARE, THE SITE IS ONE HUGE SCAM AND THEY ARE CASH GRABBING RIGHT NOW. STAY AWAY!!

Withdrawing money is your main concern. You have to jump through a lot of hoops and their "bonus" is basicallly a loan. So if you deposit $100 they give you an extra $350. And later you try to withdraw $500, they take the $350 out.

The games themselves are just okay. Ive won a few bigger wins ($200+) but ive also never hit so many scatters that give me less than $5

I wouldnt reccomend it but I do give them credit, the customer service reps get back to you quick.

I have been in an online chat for almost a week trying to withdraw the winnings from the account. They want so much information from you. Bank account number, routing number, swift number. Too much to list. When I questioned about an international wire I wasn't given a straight answer. They said that they are not a scam site. Then I find out that they are in Costa Rica. That really sent the red flags a blaze! No thank you, they can keep the money that I won.

Look out for this posey scam. They offer you through their "promotion" or home page free spins. It looks like it takes you to a different casino but they are all ran through the same sight. (Raging bull, palace of chance, ect)
They will not pay. They ask you to verify your identity and give excuses on why you can't get paid. Like your $30 you deposit has a "play through" of $3000. If you do their free spins and win like $25 they have another "play through"
Their terms say you can cash out at $20 but they will always tell you that the amount isn't enough or the terms are different for the "coupon" you used.
Long story short. You are going to get ripped off.
This site in particular claims to be affiliated with a casino in my area and even uses their name on what appears to be an app. But upon farther looking into it after the run around, it isn't even an app. They are just tarnishing reputations of legit casinos!
I hope they get sued and shut down. I have screen shots of interactions of their so called support...

This site is a scam! They do not pay out. I deposited 350$ to play cashed out over 900$ and now they won't pay. They say can't put back on my debit card they can wire transfer but can't be a joint account. They said I can transfer to a bitcoin account. Excuse excuse excuse WTF. I'm ready to shut this site down and do a lawsuit against them.

Has anyone received payment of winnings from this casino? I'm going on 6 weeks with relentless follow up to no avail. They repeatedly ask me for the same document which I have sent 6 times now. I've even included the 2 VIP casino hosts on the emails and documentation and still nothing. I'm not sure what more I can do. Worst site ever. If you are looking to win and never get paid then this is the site for you. They will bounce you around for a month. Then tell you its resolved just to pull the same thing again. They will find reasons to not pay you. Over and over again. YOU WILL NOT GET PAID HERE!!!

I have an experience over a year with this casino. It's great! Yes, they often delay payments, but they do pay. As an experienced gambler I can say it's a great casino overall! They have great promotions, I regularly return to try my luck and I succeed often.

I deposited $51 on the site played it thru without a single bonus. Game sucks I don't recommend it.

If I could give them half a star or a 0 stars, I totally would floats of Las Vegas, is of them, huge joke, they want practically your taxes and everything they want. No Stars!! This site is a total rip off!! from Luka to Annie Roberts and all those in between that I've dealt with. THEY WILL NOT PAY OUT. A class action lawsuit should be started against them. you send the docs they need only for them to ask for more or say they didn't receive them. this site needs to be shut down!! Been waiting on a payout owed 900$ and talked to customer service and they are asking me to re verify again and Im not understanding why before I started to play I made sure everything was good and once I won and tried to get a payout I have to go through loop holes all over again it's like they don't want to pay but accept over 3,000 from me and now there's a problem with cashing out
