Site is good and lots of choice on games and betting

I played the game for a few hours and spent a fair bit of money on this game. I won £50 and this was withdrawn fine and I received this, I then won £500 and tried to withdraw it and use are now telling me that I was using bonus money and betting over £5 so use have taken all of my winnings off of me, this is absolutely shocking and I want this dealt with or I will go and seek legal advise to get this money back, if use have withdrawn the £50, why is the issue about bonus for the £500, so please look into this, my name is Alan Watson, username is doddsy199800

I’m gutted to have to write this review but I have been messed about too much now. On first glance I like the site, great games and nice setup. But the customer service and withdrawals process is an absolute disgrace.

I have been waiting 12 days now for my £399 withdrawal. My account is fully verified and there is no reason for this delay.

Emails are rarely returned unless you email complaints or chat, both tell you - I’ve escalated your issue, it’s with the relevant department, thank you for your patience….. and on and on. But no actual answers.

I’ve never experienced such awful customer service before. I like the site but unless my complaint is resolved today I will never spend another penny with this group.

Update- day 14, still pending, still no answers or contact.

Update- after 17 days I’ve finally been informed my maximum withdrawal allowed is £100 because I used free spins. £100 was returned to my balance and I’ve had to request a new withdrawal

Absolutely awful so far! Been told that I will have to wait 7-21 days for my withdrawal when my account is fully verified. Never known a company like it, no managers available nothing. I have asked for their complaints process and not received any reply.

Update! Absolute liars from the post below this as they’ve been discussing my account via email as I have given them that registered email address! And my full name which is on my account! I will carry on updating on here daily until I get my withdrawal amount and will be taking this further. They are complete liars, can’t find my account when I’ve given them the exactly same email address on my account and I’ve been emailing and receiving replies to it!

This site is actually a really good site the games are good the customer service wasn’t too bad, I put up a bad review earlier and it’s because I was reading other people’s bad reviews. All in all it’s a good site I would of have 5 stars but the only thing lagging behind other sites is the withdrawal process it can take longer than expected but hey it is what it is thanks mr sloty for the win right after Christmas

Awful customer service, awful withdrawals been waiting 8+ days and still awaiting, its only 200 quid but I won faur and square, keep getting stuck talking to bots as opposed to real people send keep getting fobbed off. Just give me my money.

Visually the site is amazing but the customer services lets it down massively. I’ve tried all avenues of contact, to get my withdrawal processed live chat it’s just a robot every time! There’s no phone connection and haven’t heard back from email for over a week. I would like a reply from someone! It’s getting silly now.

Update… I am now been asked to provide my bank statement showing the transaction. When all along they have known it was PayPal that I had used with my PayPal balance . They are just doing everthing to delay the withdrawl and I have reported to the relevent company now. As enough is enough. I have been more than patient and just getting knowhere. I’d honestly advise for anyone NOT to use this site unless your happy with not getting your winnings.

Update nearly 4 weeks and still no sign of my money or any reason why I haven't received it just the same scripted response from live chat and sloty complaints have not replied to any of my emails. I will change the star review if I get my money as I do like the layout of the casino. And the game range is brilliant.

Good customer service

Very frustrated and disappointed, this casino lay out is brilliant, customer service I believed was brilliant, however that is all until you try and withdraw some money from them.

I withdrew over £2000 from Sloty.com on the 31/10/2021, I appreciate there were some verification checks (which was a nightmare) that I had to do but this was completed and approved by 02/11/2021.

We are now on 09/11/2021 and still being told the withdrawal is being checked but nothing else, no response to any emails, live chat repeat the same scripts.

I just want my money and yet 10 days in since the withdrawals (7 from verification) I still have no sight of a withdrawal even being processed.

Terrible.

I’d be happy to turn this review around due to the exceptional staff, providing my withdrawal is now turned round in a timely manner as I cannot bring this to your attention any more than I already have.

Update 15/11 still nothing on here and told the same thing “still being processed” it has now been over 2 weeks since withdrawal request was sent.
