Bad service
I have been waiting for some items now for two weeks.
I have emailed and left messages on their web site, to date I have heard nothing from the staff at The shop.
It seems they are ignoring my query for some reason. This is not really good customer service and I will be not ordering from them again.

Knowledge, Passion and Service
I have always found the staff in Slough RC really helpful. Even on my first visit, they were very welcoming.
I had an issue with a plane I purchased, and they swapped the part over there-and-then, after speaking with the manufacturer to arrange a replacement part.
The whole team are really passionate and knowledgeable, and it's a great place to spend some time talking about the hobby.
10/10 across the board, and I have to say Horizon Hobby were amazing with their support as well.
