Absolutely dreadful and items never delivered

Absolutely dreadful service. I ordered two styles of chairs in January. One lot came and there is no sign at all of the other arriving. All they say every time I email is they are trying to find a solution !!! I would absolutely not recommend using this company as it will only cause you alot of stress and no product at the end of it.

No item no refund

Ordered an item, was cancelled because it is out of stock. They said they were issuing a refund, 2 weeks later no refund. Looks like this is not an uncommon problem

WHERE IS MY ORDER

WHERE IS MY ORDER
I placed an order on 3.12.2025. In the confirmation email it stated it would be dispatched no later than 15th December. I have emailed numerous times and receive an automated email back each time. I have now requested a refund and guess what no reply!! Absolutely disgusting service stay well away.

I ordered a PlayStation mug and this is how it was

I ordered a PlayStation Paladone mug and it came pre chipped off the bottom. Just a small piece and not one that would effect the use of it but my other one broke and it was very valuable to me this just took a bit of the joy out of it and the packaging was also damaged I don’t know if that was the fault of the shipping however. 3 stars for getting the rest of it to me intact but -1 stars for how long it took and -1 for it being damaged.

Half of my order arrived damaged

Half of my order arrived damaged. They were poorly packaged and 6 plates were totally broken.
I have submitted an online form to seek help, I have also emailed the contact info email on the website- x3 now ! I have had no response from any of them.
I'm at a loss to know what else to try. So disappointed by customer service.

I placed an order for three items with…

I placed an order for three items with the same shipping fee to distribute the shipping cost. However, Slowood canceled two of the items due to being out of stock but still proceeded to ship the remaining item. When I requested to cancel the order entirely, they refused. This is unfair, as I only placed the order with the intention of receiving all three items together.

Made a order 1st of may

Made a order 1st of may, and received an email that they are preparing the order and order will be sent before 10th of May. When didn't receive any info after 10th of May, contacted them to ask where is the order. They said we don't have have this in stock and we are cancelling your order. So basically waisted two weeks.

Avoid, as you are just wasting your time.

Disappointing Experience with Marbled Table

I recently purchased a marble-topped table from this company and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Upon receiving the table, I discovered noticeable damage to the marble surface.

When I reached out to their customer service, their proposed solution was to offer a mere 5 euros to cover the damaged item. This compensation is completely disproportionate to the inconvenience and disappointment caused by receiving a damaged product.

Despite expressing my concerns via email, I have yet to receive any response from their customer service team. The lack of communication is incredibly frustrating, and it reflects poorly on the overall service provided by this company.

In conclusion, my experience with this purchase has been marred by inadequate customer service and a failure to address a significant issue. I would advise potential buyers to exercise caution and consider alternative options with better customer support.
