I orders &194.00 GBP and f goods! And no goods!

I orders &194.00 GBP, that was on the 14/04/221.
It was dropped pff at the post office on the 29th.
I’ve bee to sorting office and they advised my to inform sender of missing item and provide the value of goods. They would have been refunded no problem!
SLP.com are making every excuse about going to my neighbours wtc. And for ME to complain to post. Only the sender can do this!
SLP.com said they’d send a replacement order and I’m still waiting!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AS IBE BEEN RIPPED OFF!
Slpuk are the best!
I’ll ever use these thieves again!!!!
