It's covenient to receive coffee…

It's covenient to receive coffee straight to my post box. But maybe the price for it (200 grams) is too high for me.

Great concept

The coffee experience is a nice concept, the billing and scedules are very straight forward and transparent and of course the main thing, coffee selection seems to be very good. I get fresh and exiting coffee easily in a recycled plastic bag, which is also a plus. The people behind the company also seem to truly care about the ethics and sustainability of coffee and overall enthuastic based on newsletters, this is very important to me. Overall, a very pleasent experience I would recommend.

Great coffee w/o hassle

Two shipments now delivered and all has been buttersmooth. They do know what they are doing. And by the way, beans have been excellent!

Absolutely love it!

Absolutely love it!
We found Slurp Coffee during our trip to the Helsinki coffee festival and signed up for a monthly subscription.
The coffee sent to us has been delicious and we are so impressed with the service. The coffee arrives beautifully packaged and promptly. Communication is excellent and we feel confident that Slurp is as excited for us to receive our coffee as we are!
We think the quality and service are fantastic value for money.
Highly recommend.

Happy new customer

As a new customer I’m pleased to quality and taste of two coffee packages I’ve recieved so far. I also like the idea that I can get each time different coffee and it’s great that coffee is delivered direcly to my home instead of going to get it from the nearest post office. I’m excited to get my 3rd coffee package soon.

Fresh and tasty coffee delivered straight at home. Excellent! It's hard to find fresh roasted coffee in a shop and it's also nice to get different varieties. Can't complain!

Very happy overall

Getting a subscription was very straightforward and there were many options for all kinds of coffee enjoyers. The delivery was hassle-free and the coffee itself has been a great new experience so far!

I still didn't get my coffee

I got my order with just a slight delay, and Slurp has been proactive to inform me about the delivery after my complaint. Deserves five star as all good and very responsive.

I still didn't get my coffee. Don't know when I should expect it.. But I am asked to review the service and the coffee. Is it lost?

EDIT: Yes, I did get the reply and it was really quick. A couple of suggestions:
- perhaps do not send these automatic review prompts before you ship the coffee
- perhaps inform the customers if there is a delay; I don't know where I would look for the expected delivery date
I will change to four stars for prompt response. Hopefully can upgrade to 5* when I get coffee this week.

Good for variety

Delivery is very well thought out. The packaging is particularly good as it fits in the mailbox so you don't need to be at home!
This offering is really good for people like me who tend to always buy the same products in the shop. It's a great way to introduce variety.
The coffee is of good quality. My only wish is for something a bit more flexible in setting up the subscription.

EDITED - Poor coffee, Poor service

I started by ordering 5 coffee samples to test out the coffee quality and they were ok.
When I moved to the subscription plan the problems started:
- Coffee took around 3 weeks to arrive
- Upon arrival I got the wrong type (I subscribed espresso light and got filter)

Contacted support, they replied that would be asking the roaster to sent me a new bag with the right type - which took again almost 3 weeks.

When I open the first bag of coffee - A single origin Ethiopian - I couldn't believe ou poorly roasted it was! A mix of almost green beans, beans with burnt areas, beans fully burnt, medium roasted beans, light roasted beans and dark roasted beans.

Contacted support, not a single word.
I've cancelled my subscription as although this might be this roaster problem, I can't pay for a subscription were the roasters are not properly selected to avoid this kind of situations.

Don't recommend.

Slurp sent me another coffee as a replacement for free, a Kenyan from Mokkamestarit that was really really good. I’ve re-subscribed to give it another try, first order was also free. I’m going through that one now, an Ethiopian from Inka Paahtino that has been great again. Last 2 coffees also arrived on the estimated schedule.

However, we genuinely believe that this experience does not reflect the quality and service we strive to provide. We would be more than happy to rectify the situation for you and regain your trust. Hopefully you have received the reply we sent to you to your latest message!

Once again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and any negative impression this may have left. We value your feedback and will use it to make necessary improvements to prevent similar situations from occurring in the future. Customer happiness is our top priority, and we are committed to providing you with the exceptional coffee experience you deserve.

A nice premium coffee service

A nice premium coffee service! This is the second order I have placed and just have good things to say. It's very easy to change your preferences, for example I'm going to change the darkness of my roast for the coming deliveries. Highly recommend! Also brilliant as a present for the coffee lover!

Coffee lover's must have subscription

Very easy to choose and order a monthly subscription of coffee that is exactly how I like my coffee (dark aeropress). Coffee is fresh and good quality. The fact that it comes to your mailbox is a big plus. The only downfall is the bag that the coffee comes in because I have hard time opening it every time.

Lovely service

I got a 3 months subscription for Slurp as a birhthday present. I have loved the service, the coffees have been of great quality and the packaging (and that it fits into a standard mail box) is great.
