Hands down the BEST recruitment agency I have ever worked with. I used to avoid recruiters before, as I had always experienced the same thing; initial interview, promising the world and then never ever contacting you again. My recruitment consultant Emily was such a breath of fresh air, she provided constant feedback and support across the whole job/interviewing process. It was very clear from the get go that Emily’s main priority is her clients and candidates, her passion and care go beyond 110%.

Emily was amazing with my recruitment process. Very attentive to me and my questions. Gave great advice for interview process and made things very easy and relaxed. Most interviews are a nerve wracking process but Emily knew just what to say and how to help. I didn’t really need to do much other than turn up to my interview and she done the rest. Unlike a lot of the bigger recruitment agencies, Will at SMAART recruitment had a genuine approach to helping me out. Will was really helpful when it came to giving me advice for my interview. I was successful in the first interview he put me through for and I started work about 2 weeks after meeting him.

I just wanted to say thank you to your recruitment team and especially Matt for the amazing recruitment process! I’ve been to different recruitment places before and I haven’t met anyone as bubbly as Matt and your team. Steph and Matt definitely made the interview process seem fun and easy! I felt like I was speaking with friends. The best part of the interview was probably the ‘activity’ because we got to know one another.

But I couldn’t say thank you enough to Matt for guiding me through with everything. I actually don’t think I could have done it without him! I liked receiving constant calls and being reminded that I had to complete tasks. It also excited me for the first and second interview.
