Good looking fan but difficult to install on vaulted ceiling
Instructions did not really take into account mounting fan on high vaulted ceiling. Orienting the mounting bracket as described in instructions will NOT allow fan to hang vertically on an angled vaulted ceiling. This could also be a basic design flaw. The design of the mounting bracket does not have sufficient room or play for the Adapter AND the incoming electric wires - it makes the fitting too tight and difficult. THis is especially difficult while standing on a ladder at 10 to 12 feet off the floor trying to overcome these flaws.

First time and future customer
The customer service from order to delivery was amazing for our first experience with this brand. Our rep, Hugo, was proactive in letting me know about any delays, and quick to respond when I had questions.
The product is still in the box due to on going remodeling but the quality looks nice at a glance.

One of the fan blades is cracked so we will be returning the fan and down rod.

Bought Two — That Says It All
I purchased the Trendsetter II 48" as a trial run for one bedroom, and it went so well I immediately ordered a second for another room.
Installation was genuinely easy. I was replacing an overhead light fixture — no ceiling fan had ever been in either room — but the ceiling box was already in place, so mounting the fan was straightforward. My only concern going in was my wiring. The house has a classic switch loop configuration, meaning the circuit runs directly to the ceiling box with no neutral wire at the wall switch. This rules out most smart switches and dimmers, which typically require a neutral. The RF wall switch included with the Trendsetter II sidesteps that problem entirely. It's battery-powered and communicates wirelessly with the fan, so your wiring situation is completely irrelevant.
That wall switch ended up being one of my favorite features. Smart fans are great for voice control, automation, and using the remote from bed — but there's always that moment when you walk into a dark room and instinctively reach for a wall switch. Now I have all three options: home automation, the handheld remote, or just tapping the wall switch like any normal fan. Best of both worlds.
Total time from unboxing to fully synced with my smart home system was about 30 minutes per fan, including pairing with the app and setting up voice control. The fan runs quietly, moves serious air, and looks sharp.
Highly recommend — especially for anyone who's been hesitant about smart fans because of older wiring.

Extremely long shipping time
Extremely long shipping time. Product was never installed because we found out that needed circuit was on a three way switch and the provided fan switch was only set for two way. Contacted service and there was no real option/solutions given other then sending fan back which meant we had to pay restock and return shipping. Better off using Amazon.

I had the fan for a couple years all over the sudden stopped working. I called Tech Support and the lady on the phone was super helpful. She walked me through the steps and figure it out what was the issue and she helped me to order the part and she gave the good solution price wise super happy device works as promised

Customer service was 5 but remote is 2 and half
Customer service was 5 stars.
Ease of getting ahold of them over the phone was 5 stars.
Only issue and let down is the D/C Fan remotes... they dont match the same quality as your amazing Fans.
The remotes feel super cheap being all plastic and not super responsive when you press the buttons.
