Delivery service is expensive and is…

Delivery service is expensive and is not on time. I had to call and chase for something i paid for. The bag I bought is nice, but the zipper is low quality for a product of that price. Attention to detail is lacking.

Changing to 5 stars as the shop reached out and did its best to make amends for the delivery experience. I appreciateetheir efforts and it shows they are committed to providing the best experience.

Regarding the bag, we are working with the Milinane brand and have never had this type of feedback on the quality of the zipper so far. We are therefore sorry to hear about this problem, which does not reflect the expected level of quality.

Ordered an item worth AED 340 and a…

Ordered an item worth AED 340 and a free canvas bag, which they offered for FREE.
While shipping it, they invoiced the free bag worth of AED 13,400, which meant to pay in customs taxes AED 1,300 🤣

That is only to get their item back and never got a refund! Avoid!!! And make sure that you untick the free shit!

I ordered a jelly cat this morning but…

I ordered a jelly cat this morning but within 30 minutes realised I could get it cheaper and quicker somewhere else. I tried to cancel the order before it was dispatched and have been informed I cannot do that. I will now have to fork out the return cost . It was literally 45 minutes after the order was placed.
