As it is a nightmare searching for a replacement car from experience, it was with recommendation I visited small car shop. From the minute we stepped in to go forward with our search the service was excellent, the service Andrew the manger gave us was second to none right from the first visit up until we had purchased the car it took no second thought after visiting several places to know where we were going to make our final purchase i would recommend anybody searching for a car to visit this site first.

Could not recommend Andrew and Small Car Shop more highly, car buying can be a bit of a gamble so it was so good to have such a positive experience. The car was exactly as described if not better, we are very very pleased with it and Andrew went out of his way to ensure we were happy. We travelled over 180 miles to collect the car and it was so worth it. Thank You Andrew !

Andrew and Alison are lovely, very helpful ,knowledgeable, and efficient. The car is perfect and Andrew showed us where everything was and what it all was for.

This was our daughters 1st car from just passing her test and she loved it instantly.
Andrew was great from 1st point of contact, taking time for a video of the car to view, due to our distance and from there, no pressure on sale and always informative.
Also from purchasing the car, he made sure it was in great condition and spent the time and effort explaining to our daughter the important things about the car inside, getting the petrol cap off and what’s under the bonnet.

Been looking for a Fiat 500 for a little while then spotted one at the small car shop. Car was 1st class as was the service from Andrew. Very knowledgable, easy to talk to in explaining all about the car. Despite us not getting a cup of tea 😁 the whole experience was great

In over 50 years of driving I can honestly say that the purchase of my latest car from the Small Car Shop has been by far the best I have experienced. The quality of the car plus the courtesy, relaxed no pressure approach and ethical professionalism shown by the Small Car Shop were really first class. It took me a bus, two trains and a taxi to view the car I bought......well worth it. I can recommend the Small Car shop without hesitation, a "hidden" gem.

From start to finish. Their communication was excellent, simply explaining the process to me as I admittedly knew little about cars beforehand. Met these guys through a friend of a friend and the experience from start to finish was brilliant. We arranged a time to go and view the car and Andrew was very helpful and thorough when talking me through the car, he answered any questions i had and talked me through the bits I may of missed. The communication throughout was perfect and I felt like they had my best interests in mind, simple process when it came to purchasing the car and very helpful when talking me through the warranty etc.
