One of the items wasnt sent. I contacted the shop twice via email and twice in instagram. No reply to emails and replied to instagram saying she would check my order and then her account dissapeared. The shop still seems to exist. Scam scam scam.

Very dissapointed as my package still hasn't arrived ! Firstly only part of my order arrived. Then after several attempts of communication I was then told the one item wasn't available. After more attempts of contacting you I was reassured it was on its way. Christmas Eve and my grandsons items still have not arrived. I am extremely annoyed at this customer service . This is a small company I would like to of supported but I do not think I will be using you again. My daughter has had similar experiences too which is a shame 😕

Was expecting a delay as super busy with a big sale. However, for both orders that I made the dispatch came through quite quickly when in fact they weren't dispatched. My second order hasn't turned up yet. I also had an item that was sold to me which then was refunded because they didn't have the stock. Disappointed with that.
Then my first order arrived of the two and it was dreadfully packed! I bought two toys that came in boxes so they were in a slightly bigger box and all the clothes I had bought were shoved in badly. Nothing folded, even the bits inside frugi or kite bags were dishevelled and crumpled up. It was so tightly shoved in the box but when folded nicely all fit in better which was strange! Nothing like I'm used to from SES. I understand the busy stress they have been under but sadly this order felt like they didn't care.

I bought some really lovely toys and educational resources - an ocean life roller, 3 little pigs wooden figures and tricky words stones. As usual Customer service was great and I was kept in the loop with when my order would arrive. Thank you!
