Chris went above and beyond is helping me with my hot tub. He came to my house to plan the installation route, helped me set up the tub and was great to deal with. I have recommended him to a friend and will do so to others.

So pleased I ordered from Smalley Hot Tub. From the moment I ordered they couldn't have been more helpful, always on hand to answer any questions. Chris came round for a pre visit and went through everything. He kept me up to date with delivery information throughout the process and was here well in advance to take delivery which all went really smoothly. He set everything up & then went through everything we needed to know. Truly fantastic service. Would highly recommend using Smalley Hot Tubs if you are going to invest in a tub. Extremely happy customer. Thank you 😊

I sent my motor off to be be repaired, A1+++++ service, they arranged pick up and return , all fixed within a week, great prices, excellent communication, very happy with this company.

OMG! What an unbelievably helpful service
OMG!! If only every company you dealt with had a Justine! What an absolute superstar. Professional, helpful, impartial, understanding and above all cared. Nothing was too much. A truly magnificent source of assistance and advice. 10 out of 10 in no way enough for this company. Outstanding!!!!!!!!!!!!!
