Charged £81 After Trial - Useless Customer Service

Signed up for a free trial. I didn't receive an email saying the trial was ending and then got charged £81.
Note: I didn't use the service apart from that very first day. Cancelled straightaway and asked if they could refund the £81 and charge me for the month instead. A reasonable request I think. If they had done that, I wouldn’t have disputed the payment at all.

They refused. I then opened a case with paypal disputing the charge and received a full refund.
