Predatory Auto-Renewal and ZERO Customer Care. STAY AWAY!

Do NOT use their free trial. It is a complete trap.

I missed the free trial cancellation deadline by just a bit and was instantly charged for a full annual subscription. I contacted their support on the VERY SAME DAY the charge occurred. I clearly stated that I had not used any of their premium features since the renewal.

I even offered a very reasonable compromise: downgrade me to a monthly plan, charge me for just one month, and refund the remaining 11 months.

However, their supervisor, Tammy, flatly rejected this. They refused to show even a basic level of customer flexibility and just repeatedly copy-pasted their "Terms and Conditions."

They don't care about customer service; they only care about trapping users into expensive annual fees using dark patterns. There are plenty of other free or reasonably priced PDF tools out there. Avoid Smallpdf at all costs unless you want your money stolen over an honest mistake.

My documents were converted very fast…

My documents were converted very fast and the final version delivered to me instantly online with prompted with unsolicited adverts.

The free commitment was honoured unlike others who demand payment by hide behind the term FREE. While one would be willing and ready to pay for a service like this, do not say it is free when you mean to provide the service for a fee. Here, I was not harassed for a fee payment, I was not asked to provide my credit card number or bank number.

It is safe a secure and honest.
