This is a wonderful company! I had to text their line for support and they replied within minutes and have been so helpful and very kind. I’m excited for my kitties to try the food!

Be careful with Smalls Cat Food subscriptions.

I ordered the initial trial because I wanted to try something healthier for my cats. Unfortunately neither of my cats would eat it, so I assumed that was the end of it.

Today I suddenly got a notification that another shipment was being prepared for $138. I immediately emailed and texted them trying to cancel before it shipped — no response. I also tried calling the company, but the recording literally says the number does not receive calls.

After reading other reviews, I realized they automatically enroll you into a subscription during the trial process. I also noticed they do not even have a Google business profile where customers can leave reviews.

The food may work for some cats, but the subscription and customer service experience has been frustrating enough that I would not order again.

Tried the sampler and my 12 year old cat is loving Smalls. He has a very sensitive digestive system. So many other brands have not worked for him. We are now on our second month of Smalls and his chronic vomiting is under control. The company rushed his first order at my request when the sampler ran out. Great service. Love everything about this company.

I ordered using Apple Pay, but my address did not have my apartment number. I reached out to customer service expecting them to be like most companies saying they cannot do anything about it. But to my surprise, they offered to do a one time exception and are sending me the same order as no charge with my updated address! That is huge to see especially since this is my first time ordering from them.

BUYER BEWARE!!! If you order their sample pack in order determine whether or not your cats will eat this food BE ADVISED that by ordering the sample pack, you AUTOMATICALLY agree to receive a weekly subscription and they will charge your credit card. If you call them on it they will bring to your attention that by ordering the sample pack you agreed to this because there's some buried small print in the lengtht "agreement" that mentions that by receiving the sample pack, you agree to this. That's a terrific tactic for them to scam customers and explains why they have so many negative ratings. Don't waste your money. Let them continue this practice and fail.

The company is not transparent about pricing. They rely heavily on acquiring new customers with a half-off discount and automatically enrolling buyers in a subscription. To make matters worse, the company recently increased their pricing by nearly 25% without any notice to their existing subscription holders. They did so in a very sneaky way. The standard unit price did not change, but the value of the bulk discount did. I was previously able to purchase 56 packets at a discounted rate of $2.83/packet which was the "best deal" they offered. Now the same "bulk discount" is $3.50/packet. This is nearly a 25% increase with no notice. Do not recommend.

My cat is picky about change. Some foods upset her stomach as well. She took to the Smalls immediately. Gobbled it up. Now she follows me around and meows until I put it down for her. She seems to have more energy and a softer coat. It's been 2 months now. Still loves it. It's expensive but I will keep buying it.

I love the flavor variety, options for add-ons, and efficient subscription service.

The food is great. The packing and shipping keeps everything very cold. We get the package when they say we’re going to get the package.

The cats love the food. I have a cat with sensitive digestion and he had no problems with Smalls. I also foster sick kitties who are very good at finding crushed pills in their food and not eating it. The Smalls was so good they ate it heartily even with crushed pills

So in the end my cat is an extremely fussy eater so she was difficult as usual..i have ordered high end food with not so great results in past..however.this is is a very professional and easy to work with company and im sure the issue was my pet.

So far, I have loved everything about the quality of the food that you sell. And I like the fact that there is no waste.
Is there a way to make the packaging more convenient to re-seal after opening? Thank you.

Amazing food, works well with my picky eater. She absolutely devours the smalls food. She almost always threw up her dry kibble, but with smalls she hasn’t thrown up at all

Cats wouldn’t touch it. Would rather starve. Had to throw it all away.

Cats purred like kittens when they first tried it, even let my grandpa's senior cat try and she ate the whole thing, she's never even finished a can! Mind you.

She doesn't throw up every night now she plays with her toys again

I felt really good about giving my cats Smalls. The food is fresh and provides a lot of vitamins for them. The first two subscriptions my kitties cleaned their plate. Then they all of sudden they stopped eating the turkey, then the chicken and now they won’t eat the fish. Unfortunately I have to throw out a lot of food. I’m not sure what happened with this food but I made the decision to cancel my subscription. I just couldn’t see wasting any more money.

One of my cats is very picky and when she would eat she would get sick from eating too fast and too much. After I started her on SMALLS she was still getting sick from eating too fast because she loves the food. Then I got your slow feeder bowl set and so far she hasn't got sick. It really works. You guys are fantastic and we love you Juju and Gizmo couldn't be happier.
