It was really really disappointed about the service. I have send many times. As the receipts showing 2-3 business day to pay out but it’s always longer than expected.
However this time I sent and is the last one I use SW. until now nearly one month haven’t received my money in back home yet. But when I track my order online it’s showing paid already. We keeps waiting and complaining with agent but they said they informed SW and they said again it paid out. So what’s going on???? Still waiting my money either pay out or refund????

Poor service, unprofessional
Poor service , made a transfer 4 days ago and up till now no email confirmation and no payment. In the app it is showing that I still have to make payments but in my account the money have been debited 4 days ago. I have called 2 days ago and was told they received the transfer but yet no email confirmation and no payment. This is frustrating and unprofessional. I hope to follow up on Monday to make sure I receive my payment. This has caused a lot of damage in the receiving end that is not my expectation.
Earlier to this particular transfer, it happened also and in that particular case I had to pay double and still struggled to receive my refund. This is sad and very unreliable.
