I’ve been really impressed with both the software and the team behind it. It does exactly what I need; reliable, easy to use, and packed with smart features. But what really makes it stand out is the customer service. Natalie has been amazing, always responsive, helpful, and genuinely cares about getting things right. Even replies outside of normal hours on a regular basis which is incredibly helpful. It’s rare to find this kind of personal support these days. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service. I have been using Wannabook for almost a year and was one of the first customers when it rolled out. I have experienced the odd glitch in the system (usually due to my own event upload error) but these have always been fixed within minutes. Can’t praise the team - Natalie & Nick enough! I have messaged at silly hours of night with questions and they are always responsive and helpful. Natalie has been to our play cafe to do in person demos and has sent tutorials to me to help me upload events which is so helpful and idiot proof. Natalie set the entire system up for me and it is so simple. She even helped me with drifting up my POS when we were first opening. Thank you SMART entertainment!! Highly recommend!
Having *almost* worked with Smart several times in the past, when it became clear at short notice I needed a new booking system very quickly they were the first people I spoke to. Natalie was incredible, and they turned around an entire booking system in less than four weeks including full set up and payment integration, front of house training and more. A few tweaks once we were open, as always with any system, but I was utterly delighted.
100% can recommend and would use again!

We used Smart-Entertainment.co.uk Wannabook system and we were really disappointed. The ticketing system is extremely buggy, not user friendly and difficult to navigate. There is no user guide and trying to make changes to events, play sessions and parties is difficult when you don’t know the system so you are reliant on their slow assistance. What’s more, when we decided to move to a new platform they ignored requests to release our customer data. Their customer service was efficient however it felt that it was the blind leading the blind. Refusing to release our customer database was the final straw. We would not recommend.
