This software is a total rubbish
This software is a total rubbish. I been using it since 2016 and pay for the monthly subscription since 2022. Since I have got so much albums need to pass it to my client, I dont mind to pay for for the fees.
I had so much problem with the software and tried to contact their CS for so many times, all they did was asking me to give more and more info and reports rather than fix the issues.
I am so unhappy with their products and CS!
Now I got stuck and need to redo all my clients album and I will switch to another company!
DONT USE THEIR PRODUCTS!!

Pixellu is a super valuable part of our wedding workflow!
We've been using Smart Albums and Smart Slides for years.. We build all our slideshows with Smart Slides - super quick and easy!
Smart Albums really was a game changer for us! Designing albums in-house is fast and effective.. The auto-build feature is killer!
Our clients love the easy to navigate layout of Cloud Proofing.. It's easy for them to suggest changes to their album design & convenient to do it all remotely!
The Pixellu crew are super attentive with support as well.. Over the years we've been with them, I've only needed to contact support twice, and both times Kelvin was responsive, helpful, and I got the issue sorted in minutes.. I also received a follow up email from Support, to check that everything was smooth sailing after the issue was sorted.. So great!

The album design software is fantastic!!! Makes creating an album a breeze. The best is the online proofing to allow clients to easily view and submit change requests. Customer service was also very helpful and quick to respond.

I have been using Pixellu products for a long time with great satisfaction. They help me tremendously in my work, where they have contributed to strengthening the identity of my brand. My clients are always very pleased when they receive the slideshows I create for them with SmartSlides. I needed to contact customer support, and they were precise and quick in their response. They absolutely deserve the highest rating.

Outstanding service
It’s been a long time since I’ve received customer support of such a high standard as Pixellu.
After logging an issue with my SmartAlbums software, I was immediately put into contact with two incredibly friendly and efficient representatives. Both individuals treated me with so much kindness and patience and offered me a very generous solution to my problem. Smartslide download takes more than 6 hours!
I am very disappointed with Pixellu. It takes over 6 hours to download the Smartslide. I have written to support several times asking when the download will finish and why it always takes so long. This message was 14 hours ago and I still have not heard back. It can't be that you have to wait half a day to download for a slideshow of 2-3 min. This is a disaster and needs to be fixed immediately.
