Mini vaatwasser gekocht

Mini vaatwasser gekocht, bleek de flotter kapot, wordt bezorgd met postnl maar moet je zelf terug brengen naar een postnl punt. Ik ben 75 met reuma en dat ding weegt meer dan 13 kilo!! "Maar dan zoekt u maar iemand in de buurt die u kan helpen", wordt er dan gezegd. Om mij heen wonen alleen nog maar 80 jarigen. Dan krijg je de waarschuwing uw retour label verloopt bijna en u krijgt geen nieuwe.
Nu heeft een zoon van de buren die in Eindhoven woont, de Mini vaatwasser voor mij teruggebracht via PostNL in het Westland.
Ik heb ook nog gevraagd of ze een ophaal bericht willen sturen, maar dat konden ze niet doen. Is besteld via Bol.com, als je iets groots of van gewicht wilt bestellen, niet via Bol.com doen, want die doet hier niets aan, omdat het de leveranciers zijn die dat moeten doen. Bol.com is alleen maar een tussenpersoon.
