What an amazing company. There are so many fantastic products to choose from at fabulous prices. Much cheaper and better value than other retailers. The staff and customer service are incredible, they really do go above and beyond to help you. I highly recommend them to everyone.
It was a long process, however, we did finally receive our tv which was kindly upgraded.
If you can be prepared to wait, I would say it is worth it for a great price and no problem with the tv whatsoever.
Delivery tracking was accurate and tv delivered to room of choice and inspected before they left.

Snapped up an LG C4 48" TV for nearly £200 below the Amazon price inc free delivery. Website says the stock is sourced from liquidated companies and excess stock factory stock, so mine was brand new and unopened with all original packaging. Delivery guys were friendly, turned up on time and brought it up to my first floor flat. Defs will use these guys again in future!
Despite some delays in delivering the TVs due to my order being placed over the Christmas period, James was incredibly reassuring and honest throughout the process. He responded to every email that I sent. He has not only assisted with the TV installation but also provided valuable recommendations as I struggled to mount one the TVs to the wall. Additionally, he promptly sent me a missing remote for one of the TVs.
I'm truly grateful to have purchased two of the best TVs on the market at an unbeatable price—no one can match their deals. There's no need to look elsewhere; they are simply the best. My only suggestion would be to provide clearer communication regarding delivery delays at the time of purchase. This caused me some anxiety and, unfortunately, has led others to leave negative feedback.

Firstly Smartappliancesuk had the TV I wanted a LGOled65G3 at a fantastic price.
There was a slight delay in delivery due to the Christmas period and poor weather but nevertheless I was informed precisely in the way Smartappliances operates. Basically when you place the order it is in the hands of the courier SGK distribution.
Definitely the best experience with a courier company. Date and time was suggested, track the order through the day and two polite guys removed shoes unpacked the box and checked everything , brilliant. Definitely recommend smartappliancesuk again. TV is remarkably by the way.

There is a lot of positives about Smart appliances uk but there are some negativity reviews as well so I decided to take the The chance and, purchase the TV because the TV was a lot cheaper than in the shops for a brand new TV so I ordered my TV on the 30th December 2024 the only negative I have with Smart appliances uk is the communication after I bought TV and it being ready for shipping there was no communication I had to go chasing to find out what's happening with the TV I ordered because I thought I might have been scammed on this order so i can say that the emails was eventually answered and that put my mind at ease The only thing I would say is to give more information and to be honest about delivery times. I understand that it was Christmas and new year and the weather was not good i think many people wouldn't mind so much if they knew what was happening and knowing they would have to wait for there purchases a bit. Longer to be delivered

The worst thing about buying from these guys is the lack of communication. I bought a big telly mid-December and hoped I would get it for Xmas, but no, it arrived a month after I placed the order. It was only when my patience was wearing thin that they started responding. The TV was a lot cheaper than in the shops but seems brand new and I am very happy with it. What they need to do is be more honest about delivery times. I don't think many people would mind that much if they knew they had to wait a bit. Just say that up front. The TV was delivered by two guys who were helpful enough but had to be badgered a bit to put it on the stand - it's a heavy beast and I didn't want to attempt it alone. They also said they couldn't take away the packaging, which meant a trip to the local dump this afternoon. All in all, despite some bad reviews, I'd say that the company is an honest one and I would buy from them again, but only if I wasn't in a desperate hurry for the goods.

I ordered a TV prior to reading the warnings on getting a refund should there be any issue. I requested a refund prior to Christmas and was told not an issue. I then had the same issue getting the money returned as previous customers. It took 3 - 4 weeks. There is no way to contract the company by phone and via email they are unresponsive until 10+ emails sent including threats to report to trading standards. I would not recommend, it is worth spending a little more to get the product.

This is my second time buying a TV from Smart Appliances and I will definitely be using them again in the future.
Delivery takes a little longer than with the bigger stores, but Smart Appliances' prices can't be beaten and both of the TVs that I bought were in perfect, new, out-of-the-box condition. I'd definitely recommend Smart Appliances.
I ordered a TV on 12th December 24 (assuming it would be in time for Christmas), and mid January decided the only option was to write a 1 star review (8th Jan) as I had no indication if or when my purchase would arrive.
The main issue is that there is no way to contact this company. No telephone number; email simply gets an auto response reminding us that they are a family business and that the courier should contact us within 4-8 working days; and, possibly worst of all, there is a messenger system on their website which is not monitored.
I sent many messages and emails, and eventually got confirmation of delivery on 14th Jan. Following some issues with the courier, the delivery arrived on 17th Jan.
Not a brilliant experience, but the TV was considerably cheaper than elsewhere and I am very pleased with it so far.

Smart Appliances Ltd, what a fabulous service! I had been on to Samsung for weeks now trying to get a replacement One Connect Fibre optic cable for my Frame TV with no Joy, couldn’t even get the OEM part number off them. Stumbled accross Smart Appliances on’t th’owd t’interweb and they sorted me out in one email exchange! Fabulous… to top it off they are technically closed for Christmas and as such I was only expecting delivery in the first week of Jan but it arrived today..!!! Unbelievable service thanks guys small family firm showing the big dogs how to do customer service!!
